Westcliff-on-Sea – A brief.
The location: A suburb of Southend-on-Sea, a seaside resort town in south-east England. It is on the north shore of the lower Thames Estuary, about 34 miles east of London. The stretch gives views over the Thames Estuary towards the Kent coastline to the south. The coastline is full of sandy beaches and beautiful houses. And what more a train ride to central London is just 35 minutes away and the direct trains run daily from morning 7 am till mid night.
Things to do in Westcliff-
1. Visit the longest Pier in the world. Yes, the Southend Pier extends 1.34 miles into the Thames Estuary. You can either walk along or choose to ride a train that runs end to end on the pier. Visit the museum at the end of the pier.
2. Adventure Island- Adventure Island is a free-admission amusement park in Southend-on-Sea. A big hit with families and kids.
3. Chatham Historic Dockyard - A maritime museum that housed the Royal Navy’s main facilities.
4. Thames Estuary - The Thames Estuary is where the River Thames meets the waters of the North Sea, in the south-east of Great Britain.

£ 135 for one-night stay with breakfast and days pass to London/ on double occupancy/per night
The C2C runs direct return trains from Westcliff to Westham/Fenchurch Street in 35 minutes and multiple times a day.

The rail pass can be requested a day prior.

Train tickets are for non-peak hours only
For peak hours additional £5 per person surcharge on rates
