- Offer available for new bookings made until 02 March 2020 inclusive, and cannot be claimed retroactively on existing bookings..
- Valid for hotel stays until 15 April 2020.
- Bookings for this special hotel offer must be reported at least 5 working days prior to intended Dubai arrival stay or on/before 5th March 2020, whichever is earlier.
- Offer is valid for itineraries originating from India and travelling to Europe, Americas and Africa.
- Offer is valid on flights operated by Emirates only and applicable on Adult return fares.
- Offer is valid only for adult customers who are 21 years old or above. Proof of age may be required
- Chauffeur drive available in Dubai for eligible F/J class passengers. Chauffeur drive must be booked as per normal process.
- Complimentary accommodation in Dubai is available for flight with a connection or stay time that is equal to or more than 10 hours and both nights need to be utilised either outbound or inbound itineraries. Splitting of nights not permitted.
- Minimum requirement 01 Night to avail the offer.
- Offer not applicable on Skywards Redemption Tickets, industry discounted tickets and "H" class tickets.
- The First and Business Offer is not applicable on Economy class ticket if upgraded with skyward miles.
- Passengers travelling on Mixed class fares will be entitled to the Complimentary Night in Dubai for business class component only.
- Passengers requiring UAE entry visa are responsible to apply for and be in possession of a valid visa prior to entering the UAE
- Once ticketed, penalty charges apply as per the ticketed fare rules and conditions.

- The offer includes two (2) complimentary nights’ stay at Address Skyview / Address Fountain Views Hotels or equivalent categories for First and Business Class passengers on room-only basis; and is subject to availability. If the hotel offered respective to the passengers’ class of travel is not available, Emirates will book a room at a hotel with a comparable star rating.
- A 24 hour check-in and check-out policy applies. Check-in time is referenced from Dubai scheduled flight arrival time of the original booking. The complimentary stay will always be booked starting from the date of arrival in Dubai.
- The room type for First and Business includes (1) adult in single room occupancy or (2) adults in double room occupancy. A maximum of two (2) children under 12 years of age is permitted to share accommodation with the parents in the same room, with existing bedding.
- In case of eligible passengers sharing a room, the offer will not be combinable and only 2 complimentary nights will be extended in total for both passengers.
- The offer includes taxes and Tourism Dirham Fee. Emirates is not responsible for any additional room charges, incidentals, mini-bar etc. All additional charges will be the responsibility of the passenger.
- The offer includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the offer. The guest will be responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with availing of the offer and the hotel stay including but not limited to travel insurance, food, and transfers (other than as provided for under these terms) and any other ancillary costs associated with the offer and the hotel stay.
- In case of flight rebooking, change requests for rooms will be subject to availability, and no change is permitted within 72 hours prior to travel.
- Guests may be required to provide a credit card at check-in to the hotel.
- Any date change requests to the hotel booking due to change in flight dates will be amended only subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
- If multiple number of passengers booked in a Booking then, they are all entitled to a single room each except when travelling with families where Double Room will be automatically booked.
- If the flight booking is cancelled, the confirmed hotel booking will be automatically cancelled without any notification. Any rebooking within the sale period will need to be sent to email addresses below as a separate request.
- Full cancellation applies if booking is cancelled within 3 days of arrival and rebooking will not be permitted.
- No show- full charges will apply.
Redeeming the offer
- Once customer has booked and paid for their flight, email the customers’ contact details, flight itinerary and room request including dates to your Emirates sales office during the sales period, no later than 96 hours prior to customers’ departure date.
- Please send in attached format to mail box mentioned below with subject header POS and MISC. For example: BOM-MISC

- EK dedicated team will review the eligibility and confirm the offer.
- The confirmed accommodation Itinerary will be emailed to customer from the Emirates local office within 96 hours.
- The issued Accommodation Itinerary along with valid ID must be presented at time of check-in at the hotel.
