JK Lakshmipat University provides Scholarship for high merit students in their undergraduate program

·       It is one of the few institutions that are offering a scholarship on hostel fees

·       Scholarship equivalent to 50% of semester exchange cost if selected to any of the partner Universities in India or overseas

Jaipur, February 27, 2020: Leading educational institute J K Lakshmipat University, Jaipur has announced various fellowship programs including tuition, professional specialization, international PG assistance and semester abroad scholarship for highly meritorious students of undergraduate courses. Students, who have bagged 75 percent and above in their senior a secondary examination can apply for it.

For the students’ convenience, the fellowship program has been divided into three categories – from 90 percent to 100 percent, from 85 percent and below 90 percent and from 75 percent and below 85 percent. The first category (from 90 percent to 100 percent) has tuition scholarship, professional specialization, international PG assistance and semester abroad scholarship. Whereas in the second category (from 85 percent and below 90 percent), semester abroad scholarship hasn’t been included. And, the third category (from 75 percent and below 85 percent) only has tuition fee scholarship.

The entry-level scholarships will not include physical education, fine arts, performing arts, vocational training, and non-written projects. The benefits will continue in all years subject to the student achieving a 9.0 or higher GPA, with no limit on the number of qualifying students. If student GPA falls below 9.0 but above or equal to 8.5, scholarship equivalent to 75% of fees will still be provided.

Besides the entry-level scholarships, there are merit scholarships as well which are suitable for second-year students, who could not quality at entry-level. The top 10% of the students of each program, who have obtained a CGPA of 9.0 and above in the program, will be awarded scholarships equivalent to 75 percent of the tuition fees. Next 10 percent of the students of each program, who have obtained CGPA of 8.0 and above but less than 9.0 in the program are awarded scholarships equivalent to 50 percent of the tuition fees.
