One of the most highly anticipated and prestigious awards nights of the year, 69th edition of Filmfare Awards, grabbed eyeballs as top celebrities walked the red carpet at GIFT City in Gujarat recently. While it honoured the artistic and technical excellence of cinema and felicitated the inspiring journeys of countless luminaries, filmmakers and technicians during the awards evening, it also saw the who’s who of Hindi cinema setting the stage afire with scintillating performances. All eyes are glued to ZEE as it’ll be the first time that the network will air the Filmfare Awards. The 69th Filmfare Awards 2024 will air 9 pm onwards on 18th February on Zee TV, Zee Anmol, Zest, Zing.
Kartik Aaryan performed to some the biggest hits of the year by grooving on top of a truck on Main Nikla Gaddi Leke, made a grand bike entry on Salman Khan’s Leke Prabhu Ka Naam song and Shah Rukh Khan’s Jhoome Jo Pathaan and Chaleya. The gujju pataka, Kartik Aaryan had girls in the GIFT city swooning to his dance moves on the title track of Bhool Bhulaiyya 2, Sun Sajni, Gujju Pataka, Dil Chori Saada Ho Gaya. The heartthrob sent his fans into a frenzy as he ran through the crowd during the performance.
Kartik Aaryan said, “It was an absolute delight to perform on Filmfare stage again. This year, I danced to some of my popular songs as well as some of the most loved songs of the year. The sheer response from the crowd in Gujarat was overwhelming. I look forward to the entire country watching the awards show on 18th February on ZEE.”
