Silver Oaks School- Bathinda Holds a Career Counselling Session for Students in Association with Crack Academy

-Over 450 students participated in highly impactful career counseling session

Following the two successful career counselling sessions, Crack Academy, India’s first online Ed-tech platform for the Civil Services Examination, conducted its third session at Silver Oaks School—Bathinda on August 8, 2024. More than 450 students came together to gain valuable insights on aligning their career paths with their interests, receiving expert guidance to help shape their future choices.

The session was structured to address the growing need for early career planning and the importance of aligning personal and comprised a panel of experienced educators from Crack Academy. Mr. Neeraj Kansal, CEO and Founder of Crack Academy, inspired students by sharing his extensive entrepreneurial experience and offering guidance on choosing a suitable career path.  Mr. Rishi Bhargava, Co-Founder of Crack Academy, who holds an M.Sc. Mathematics, M.Phil., and MBA, engaged with students, providing strategic tips for various entrance exams, career opportunities in both the public and private sectors, and the importance of skill development initiatives. The presence of the chief guest, Ms. Avneet Kaur Sidhu, an Indian shooter and Ms. Poonam Singh PCS, Secy. Regional Transport Authority Bathinda, further enhanced the session by adding their valuable insights.

Throughout the session, the panellists delved into a range of topics, from effective methods for recognizing individual strengths and passions to the critical role of aligning these traits with career decisions. Further, the session also discussed the advantages of early career planning, an in-depth overview of the UPSC exam, its preparation process, and the significance of other competitive exams as valuable career pathways.
