The event began with an introduction to the importance of World Heart Day and how it serves as a global reminder of heart health. This was followed by discussions on India’s rising heart disease statistics and how lifestyle changes can contribute to improving heart health.

Kia India records 23,523 unit sales in September, ends Q3 2024 with 66,553 domestic dispatches- Q3 Records 12% growth compared to the previous year

New Delhi, 1st October 2024: Kia India, one of the fastest-growing premium carmakers in the country, recorded sales of 23,523 units in September 2024, marking over 17% Y-O-Y growth compared to the 20,022 units sold in September 2023. The newly launched Sonet continues as Kia's best-selling model, with 10,335 units sold, followed by the Seltos and Carens, with 6,959 and units 6,217 respectively.

Kia India posted a healthy 66,553-unit sales in Q3 2024, marking almost 10% growth over the Q2 sales this year. Sonet contributed 45% followed by Seltos and Carens, with 28% and 27%, respectively. This strong performance underscores customers' increasing preference for Kia vehicles, driving the company's growth momentum.

Kia's 'Make in India' products continue to attract strong global demand, with exports recorded at 2006 units. This success highlights Kia's commitment to deliver high-quality, innovative vehicles tailored to diverse markets, reinforcing its growing presence in the international automotive landscape.

पारदर्शिताः OPPO India पारदर्शिता के मामले में सबसे आगे रहा, जिसके 78% स्मार्टफोन ग्राहकों के सामने रिपेयर किए गए, जिसके बाद 77% के साथ शाओमी का स्थान रहा।

समस्या समाधान की गतिः OPPO India के 35% ग्राहकों के स्मार्टफोन एक घंटे के अंदर ठीक करके दिए गए, जिसके बाद 34% के साथ सैमसंग रहा।

रिपेयर की क्वालिटीः OPPO India के 57% ग्राहक रिपेयर की क्वालिटी से बहुत संतुष्ट थे, जिसके बाद 52% के साथ वीवो का स्थान रहा।

रिपेयरिंग की लागतः OPPO India के 51% ग्राहक अपने स्मार्टफोन को रिपेयर कराने की लागत से संतुष्ट थे, जिसके बाद 45% ग्राहकों के साथ क्रमशः वीवो और शाओमी का स्थान रहा। 

कई भाषाओं में सपोर्टः OPPO India के 48% ग्राहकों ने सर्विस रिप्रेज़ेंटेटिव्स के साथ इंग्लिश और हिंदी के मुकाबले दूसरी भाषा में बात की, जो सभी ब्रांड्स में सबसे ज्यादा था।

स्टाफ का ज्ञानः OPPO India के 56 % ग्राहक समस्या को लेकर स्टाफ के ज्ञान से काफी संतुष्ट थे, जिसके बाद 49% ग्राहकों के साथ क्रमशः सैमसंग और वीवो का स्थान रहा।

विश्वसनीयताः OPPO India के ग्राहक इसे ‘विश्वसनीय’ और ‘पारदर्शी’ मानते हैं।

सर्विस सेंटर का स्थानः OPPO India के ग्राहक (51 प्रतिशत) सबसे ज्यादा संख्या में अपने सर्विस सेंटर के स्थान से बहुत संतुष्ट हैं, जिसके बाद 46% के साथ वीवो का स्थान आता है।

आपल्या मुंबई पुण्यात चित्रपटांतील कलावंत नेहमीच प्रेक्षकांना भेटत असतात, त्यांच्याशी संवाद साधत असतात, छायाचित्रे - सेल्फी घेत असतात, परंतु मराठवाडा विदर्भात असं अभावानेच घडताना दिसते. मात्र विदर्भातील दुर्गम ठिकाणी चित्रीकरण करण्याचा धाडसी विचार दिग्दर्शक छत्रपाल निनावेंनी नुसता केलाच नाही तर तो तडीसही नेला. प्रेक्षकांना जे द्यायचे ते उत्तमच असावे या विचाराने, कुठलीही तडजोड न करता या चित्रपटाच्या चित्रीकरणासाठी त्यांनी थेट गडचिरोलीचे घनदाट जंगल निवडलं. आपल्या गोष्टीसाठी हवं ते शोधून, अनेक अडथळे पार करून त्यांनी गडचिरोली - छत्तीसगडच्या दुर्गम भागात अनेक दिवस संपूर्ण चित्रपटाच्या युनिटसोबत अगदी दुर्गम भागात या चित्रपटाचे चित्रीकरण करण्याचे धाडस केले आणि त्यात ते यशस्वीही झाले...त्यांनी या चित्रपटासाठी निवडलेला घनदाट नक्षली जंगलाचा बॅगड्रॉप आणि त्यासाठी सर्वांनी जीवावर उदार होऊन घेतलेल्या मेहनतीचे कौतुक प्रेक्षक चित्रपट पाहून करतात ते समाधान लेखक दिग्दर्शक, कलावंत निर्माते यांच्या चेहऱ्यावर लकाकत आहे. महाराष्ट्रात सर्वत्र या चित्रपटाची विशेष चर्चा होत असून चित्रपटाला वाढता प्रतिसाद मिळत आहे.

Vestian: Flex Operators Attain Economies of Scale, Heading Towards Profitability


Ø  Flex operators are taking up larger office spaces for subleasing

Bangalore, 1st October 2024: Flex operators have expanded their footprint significantly in recent years to capitalize on economies of scale and meet the growing demand for flexible office spaces. As a result, this expansion is reflected in the average transaction size, which nearly doubled to 36,590 sq ft in H1 2024 from 2015 levels.  Additionally, it marks a 13% increase compared to H1 2023, although it has not yet reached the peak observed in 2020.

Post-pandemic, average transaction size by flex operators increased across all cities except Mumbai. Mumbai saw a 46% decline, with the average transaction size dropping to 21,550 sq ft., On the other hand, Kolkata and Pune witnessed an increase of 238% and 219% respectively in average transaction size for the same period. Hyderabad recorded the highest average transaction size of 53,210 sq ft in the post-pandemic period, which has increased by 55% compared to the pre-pandemic period (2015-2019).

Flex stock is anticipated to cross the 100 Mn sq ft mark by the end of 2026

Flex market witnessed a demand shift post-pandemic from start-ups and SMEs to large conglomerates owing to flexibility and cost advantages. This led to significant growth which further contributed to the addition of 27 Mn sq ft of flex space to the total stock between 2020 and 2023 to cater to the growing demand. Moreover, around 10 Mn sq ft of flex stock was added in 2023 alone. Following this  growth trajectory, total flex stock reached 67 Mn sq ft by the end of H1 2024,  registering an annual increase of 25%. However, flex space still accounts for only 7.5% of the total grade-A office stock spread across the country. As office market continues to expand rapidly, flex stock is anticipated to cross the 100 Mn sq ft mark by the end of 2026, accounting for 20% of the pan-India office stock.

Shrinivas Rao, FRICS, CEO, Vestian said, “Indian flex operators are geared up to fulfill the requirements of large conglomerates. They have added 1.84 lakh seats within a year, reaching close to 1 Mn as of H1 2024. Also, around 48% of the pan-India flex stock is green-certified and 78% is in grade-A buildings to cater to environmentally conscious large MNCs. Significant cost advantages, robust economic growth, urbanization, and stable demand from IT-ITeS companies and start-ups are the major demand drivers for flex spaces in the country.”

Flex operators’ financials strengthen, heading towards profitability

Increased demand for flex spaces has led to strengthened financials. As a result, flex operators are able to negotiate favourable terms with fund houses and banks amid robust revenue streams. With strong revenue streams and ample funds, profitability is on the horizon as demand for flexible workspaces continues to remain high.

Mr. Rao further added, “Flex operators not only grew in number but also expanded geographically. While tier-1 cities are major markets for flex operators, tier-2 cities such as Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Lucknow, and Chandigarh are also gaining traction on the back of improved connectivity due to nationwide infrastructure developments, affordable office rentals, and ample availability of skilled workforce.”
