Namish Taneja, who is currently seen in Dangal TV’s Aye Mere Humsafar praises his co-star Tina Philip and calls her a wonderful actor.

In the track of the show, Tina Philip is playing a double role - Vidhi Sharma and Komal Kali who is a bar dancer. Talking about how beautifully Tina is portraying both the characters, Namish says, “Tina is very hard working; she is one of the best actors and very down to earth. To play such roles and get appreciated by the audience is a really big thing. I always trouble her but she is very good. We enjoy working together a lot. Since we recently completed 100 episodes, we got so much love for the show. But this was only possible because of the hard work of the whole team of Aye Mere Humsafar. I am very happy to work with Tina and am looking forward to the further journey.”

Year End Statement by Industry Leaders

Mr. Vinkesh Gulati – President, Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA),

“2020 was an unprecedented year for the entire world and Indian Auto Industry was not left untouched. As the year draws to a close, we believe that the worst is now behind us and the entire eco-system now needs to make collective efforts in reviving the economy. While the Government is keeping an eye on limiting the spread of Covid, Pharma companies are making all possible efforts to roll out the Vaccine. All these efforts will be pivotal in bringing economy back on track.

Even before Covid hit us, Auto Sales were slowing for the entire year of FY19-20. For the first time in history, we saw zero sales in April’20 but since unlocking began, we are also witnessing one of the best V Shaped recoveries aided by good monsoon, better harvest, festive demand and marriage season, though on a yearly basis there is still some degrowth. Tractors have particularly done well thus showing Bharat kept India moving. Lately we have seen good pent up demand in Passenger Vehicles and hopefully it will stay as safer mobility due to Covid and new launches in the new year will keep the demand going. While the Industry will witness an overall degrowth of around 20-25% on FY basis, things will start looking better beginning April aided by lower base of last year.

Covid has taught us to make tough choices to ensure our dealerships survive. Decisions such as rightsizing, financial prudence and adapting to the new normal were difficult but have eventually resulted in robust business models and improve efficiency. We are a resilient Industry and automobiles remain an aspirational purchase. Despite the current challenges, we are now at the cusp of entering exciting times as India will once again increase its momentum to achieve the 3^rd position globally in PV segment as the entire Industry will work towards achieving this goal.”

Mumbai, 31^stDecember, 2020: The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), one of the apex trade associations of India successfully organised 15^th edition of the ‘Illness to Wellness’ series themed ‘Emotional Wellness at workplace’.

The online event saw participation of an expert panel that discussed various aspects of creating work-life balance to deal with stress at the workplace.

Supported by the hygiene brand SAVLON, the program which promotes healthy living with a focus on wellness and preventive health through healthy habits, diet, exercise, and holistic health saw the speakers engage on the importance of emotional wellness at workplace.

Among panelists, Mr AjeyVij, senior faculty, Art of Living Corporate Programs, while speaking at ASSOCHAM webinar shared his immense wealth of wisdom and extensively covered aspects to avoid stress at workplace, to control our thoughts and emotions to be a good leader and to use breathing techniques to enhance emotional wellness.

Mr Vij also demonstrated practical sessions of the breathing techniques for the participants.

Emotional well-being has been an important aspect but with these unprecedented times has made it even more important aspect to pay attention to. The session shared simple methods and ways for emotional wellbeing- to live in the present, whatever you resist persists and tendency of the mind to cling to the negative.

A key aspect to a emotional wellbeing Prana (subtle life force energy) - it being up or down in the body decides our state of mind. It being low affects our emotional balance. Leaders always focus on high energy.

He touched upon different sources of energy - food, breath, meditation which can help us bounce back.

One big source being the breath, the session has some simple breath awareness. The simple take ways from the session are simple meditation, 20 minutes meditation is equivalent to 4-5 hours of deep sleep.

While addressing ASSOCHAM webinar, Mr Anil Rajput, chairperson, ASSOCHAM CSR Council, said, “the outbreak of COVID–19 pandemic has ravished almost all the spheres of life. Humanity has suffered the great deal. The pandemic crises have deeply impacted both the mind and body of the people across the globe. The destruction has posed the unimaginable and unprecedented challenges and people are looking for different ways and means to recover from these potential issues”.

Mr Rajput further added that the good news in this year is that it is the direct result of an indomitable spirit of medical fraternity that we have vaccine to fight against these potent coronaviruses and expected very soon to be available for common man.

Mr Rajput emphatically mentioned that “the present year 2020 has also witnessed a new phenomenon of ‘work from home’ which certainly posed numerous formidable challenges for both employers and employees. The employee’s major challenges are disciplined while working and most challenging is time separation for working and family hours. For employer’s, their paramount expectation is desired outcome in new settings”.

Mr Rajput very rightly pointed out that “the relevance of health, yoga, walking, cycling along with healthy diets have gained vital importance by all”.

Mr Rajput has very kindly acknowledged the value of highly commendable and immense contributions made by Art of Living Foundation for the beneficial of society at large.

नये साल के जश्न की शुरूआत के साथ, एण्डटीवी के कलाकार ‘हप्पू की उलटन पलटन‘ की राजेश (कामना पाठक), ‘भाबीजी घर पर हैं‘ के मनमोहन तिवारी (रोहिताश्व गौर), ‘संतोषी माँ सुनाएं व्रत कथाएं‘ की स्वाति (तन्वी डोगरा), ‘गुड़िया हमारी सभी पे भारी‘ की गुड़िया (सारिका बहरोलिया) और ‘येशु‘ के जोसेफ (आर्या धर्मचंद कुमार) बता रहे हैं कि नये साल के लिये उनकी योजनाएं क्या हैं और वे साल 2020 की किन सीखों को साल 2021 में अपनाएंगे। कामना पाठक ने कहा, ‘‘साल 2020 हम सभी के लिये ऐतिहासिक रहा है। गणेश चतुर्थी के दौरान दर्शन के लिये दोस्तों के साथ जाना, नवरात्रि के दौरान पांडाल में सक्रिय घूमना-फिरना और ईद और होली के दौरान मिठाई खाना, जैसे त्यौहारों के मजे से मैं चूक गई और अब मुझे लगभग 10 साल बाद अपने परिवार के साथ फिर से जुड़ने का मौका मिला है। इस साल की महत्वपूर्ण सीख थी अपनी सेहत और तंदुरूस्ती पर ध्यान देना और अपने परिवार तथा दोस्तों की ज्यादा परवाह करना। साल 2020 को विदाई देने और नये साल में प्रवेश करने के लिये मैंने घर पर छोटा-सा जश्न रखा है, जिसमें अच्छा खाना और संगीत होगा।’’ रोहिताश्व गौर ने कहा, ‘‘कलाकार होने के नाते हम दिन में लंबे समय तक काम करते हैं और हमारा अपने फैन्स और फाॅलोअर्स के साथ जुड़े रहना असंभव हो जाता है। हालांकि, तीन महीने के ब्रेक ने मुझे उनके साथ लाइव चैट्स के जरिये बात करने का मौका दिया है। अपने चैरिटी ट्रस्ट के माध्यम से हमने युवा कलाकारों के लिये कई प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया और वह बहुत अच्छा अनुभव रहा। नये साल में प्रवेश करने के साथ, मैं चाहता हूँ कि सभी सकारात्मक रहें, भीड़ में जाने से बचें और कफ्र्यू के नियमों का पालन करते हुए नया साल मनाएं।’’ तन्वी डोगरा ने कहा, ‘‘साल 2020 की शुरूआत धमाकेदार हुई थी, क्योंकि हमने जनवरी में अपना शो संतोषी माँ सुनाएं व्रत कथाएं लाॅन्च किया था और मुझे खुशी है कि मैंने बहुत टैलेंटेड ग्रेसी मैडम के साथ काम करने का मौका पाया। महामारी ने हम सभी को सिखाया है कि हम दूसरों के लिये ज्यादा संवेदनशील और फिक्रमंद बनें और मेरा मानना है कि बुरा समय ज्यादा देर तक नहीं रहता है। मुझे साल 2021 बेसब्री से इंतजार है, क्योंकि मुझे उम्मीद है कि इस साल चीजें सामान्य हो जाएंगी। सभी को नये साल की शुभकामनाएं!’’ सारिका बहरोलिया ने कहा, ‘‘साल 2020 से मैंने धैर्यवान बनना सीखा और जीवन के प्रति मेरा दृष्टिकोण ज्यादा सकारात्मक हुआ है। सैनिटाइजर और मास्क हमारे दैनिक जीवन का हिस्सा बन चुके हैं और हम उच्चतम स्तर की स्वच्छता बनाये रखना चाहते हैं और वास्तव में यह अच्छी आदत है, जिसे मैं जिन्दगी भर फाॅलो करना चाहूंगी। मुझे बड़ी पार्टियों के बजाए छोटे उत्सव पसंद हैं और सुरक्षा के उपायों का ध्यान रखते हुए, मैं घर पर छोटा-सा जश्न रखूंगी, जिसमें मेरा पसंदीदा खाना और संगीत होगा और मैं अपने करीबी लोगों के साथ वर्चुअली जुड़ूंगी।’’ आर्या धर्मचंद कुमार ने कहा, ‘‘मैं नये साल में भी सुरक्षा से जुड़ी उन आदतों को जारी रखूंगा, जो महामारी की शुरूआत के बाद से डली हैं, जैसे बार-बार हाथ धोना, यात्रा के समय मास्क पहनना, सैनिटाइजर की छोटी बाॅटल अपने साथ रखना और मैं अपने परिवार को भी ऐसा करने के लिये प्रोत्साहित करूंगा। मैं और मेरा परिवार, जिसमें मेरी पत्नी और 6 साल का एक बेटा है, हम घर पर ही नये साल का एक छोटा-सा जश्न रखेंगे, जिसकी शुरूआत एक छोटी-सी पूजा से होगी और प्रसाद में हलवा, खीर, जीरा आलू और पूरियाँ होंगी। उस शाम का शेफ मैं ही रहूंगा, जबकि मेन्यू पर अभी चर्चा होनी है और मेरी पत्नी लाइट और दीयों से घर को सजाएगी।’’

9-1-1: Lone Star S02 (19 Jan)

Nearly 20 years ago, Owen Strand was the lone survivor of his Manhattan firehouse on 9/11, and in the wake of the attack, was left with the unenviable task of rebuilding the station. After a similar tragedy strikes a firehouse in Austin, Texas, Owen -- along with his troubled firefighter son, T.K. -- takes his progressive philosophies of life and firefighting down to the Lone Star State to help them start anew. In the second season, as Owen welcomes the 126’s newest member, Captain Vega, into the fold, he also must face the unexpected arrival of his ex-wife, Gwyneth, who visits Austin to check on their firefighter son, T.K., following the injuries he sustained at the end of last season. All of this occurs as the rescue squad must deal with an emergency that the Texas capital has never encountered before.

CB Strike: Lethal White S02 (21 Jan)

Based on the bestselling novels written by J.K. Rowling under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith, miniseries C.B.Strike follows a war veteran turned private detective, who operates out of a tiny office in London’s Denmark Street. Although wounded both physically and psychologically, his unique insight and background as a military police investigator prove crucial in solving complex crimes that have baffled the police.
