CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH Industrial, has been announced as the winner of the Best Seller – Compaction Equipment for its range of compactors at the eighth Annual Equipment India awards, 2020. This is the eighth consecutive year that CASE is being awarded with this honour. CASE India has consistently remained a market leader in the Vibratory Compactor segment and is the only brand to have sold over 15,000 units in India.

Instituted by Equipment India, a leading industrial magazine, the awards set an industry benchmark for the OEMs and Component & Aggregate manufacturers by distinguishing and honoring the equipment and machinery. Winners of the Equipment India Awards are determined by an eminent jury comprising of senior industry experts, corporate leaders, and independent consultants.

752EX Vibratory Tandem Compactor

The CASE 752EX is equipped with a fuel-efficient FPT engine that delivers 76 HP at 2200 rpm and torque of 332 Nm at 1300 rpm. This new-generation engine - developed by CNH Industrial brand FPT Industrial, a world-leading manufacturer of engines and transmissions - provides outstanding performance, fast response times, and best-in-class fuel economy. The 752EX’s operator compartment features a sliding and rotating operator seat, tillable steering, two levers, full visibility and sprinklers on both the drums making the drive and compaction process easier and safer. Equipped with a Fiber Reinforced Plastic tank rather than steel tank, to avoid rusting. The look of the machine is enhanced by foldable canopy for ease of transportation, new fuel and water tanks and a new sophisticated instrument cluster. Also, equal weight distribution of the machine, gives it more stability on the road.

1107EX/CASE 1107EX-D/CASE 1107EX-PD 

CASE 1107EX soil compactor features a new FPT Industrial S8000 engine that delivers 100 HP at 2200 rpm. The turbo after cooled engine with internal Exhaust Gas Recirculation ensures best-in-class fuel economy. More than two million S8000 engines at work across the world are testament to the reliability of this proven power. The maximum applied force in the range of 34 tones is among the best in the industry. The hydrostatic variable speed control ensures the CASE 1107EX travels at the perfect speed for every type of soil, resulting in a uniform compaction.

450DX

CASE 450DX is the market leader in the mini tandem compactor segment in India with more than 1,600 machines powered by the Mahindra Industrial (MDI 2500) water-cooled diesel engine developing 45HP and ensuring best in class fuel efficiency and productivity. The Mahindra MDI 2500 is a proven and reliable engine in Indian conditions and many such engines are currently in operation throughout the Country, hence it is easy to obtain service and parts support. This machine, with an operating weight of 3,225 Kgs, is a very popular choice for bituminous compaction and has tandem drums with dual frequency of 55 Hz and 65 Hz at amplitudes of 0.6mm developing maximum applied force of 6,035 Kgf per drum. The 450DX is perfectly suited for shoulder compaction, service roads and basement compaction with a compact design (Length – 2.9 m, Width – 1.3 m).]

1110 EX-D

The CASE 1110EX-D with HVAC Cabin soil compactor, features a new FPT Industrial S8000 engine that delivers 110 HP at 2300 rpm and torque of 430 Nm at 1400 rpm. The turbo after cooled engine with internal Exhaust Gas Recirculation ensures best-in-class fuel economy. The maximum applied force in the range of 34 tones is among the best in the industry.  The machine is perfect for mining application and is available in two variants -Drum Drive and Pad Foot Drum and is equipped with ROPS/FOPS HVAC cabin ensuring operator comfort and safety.
