National, April 6th 2021: Shakti and Mukti Mohan are household names, who have danced their way into people’s heart. Shakti and Mukti, who gained popularity on television reality shows, share a very special bond and are often mistaken for twins even though there is a two year age difference. The dancing partners who continue living together, take us on a tour of their lovely and spacious house in Delhi, in the final episode of Asian Paints Where The Heart Is Season 4.
Covered in subtle colours and earthy tones, the dazzling duo’s home stands in contrast with their electrifying performances. The neutrality of their home decor balances the vibrant vibe of their personalities. Their colossal space exudes warmth and is just as welcoming to family and friends, as their hearts. Their three-level house predominantly contains white furniture and is filled with plants. Shakti and Mukti take us through their terrace, living room and their bedrooms. This expansive house in Delhi where both Shakti and Mukti grew up is their favourite house for two reasons; it is the place where their entire family live together and of course the wide open space it provides for dance rehearsals. Their luscious green terrace has featured in many of their viral dance videos and is their favourite area at home.
Their living room is another space they are partial to, as it is the place they predominantly practice for their dance recitals (if it’s raining or too hot on the terrace) and host parties and functions with friends and family. There are a lot of fond memories attached to the large room.
While Shakti loves her personal space and enjoys the peace and quiet around her, Mukti claims to be the mischievous one who cannot stay quiet. Both their bedrooms reflect their opposite personalities. Yet, the two cannot do without each other. Despite the two year age difference, they grew up as “twins” who wore the same clothes, went to the same school, the same college and learnt dance together. They define their relationship as one body and one soul and cannot fathom a better dance partner than the other.
Step inside the home of the dancing divas in the seventh and final episode of Asian Paints Where The Heart Is Season 4.
