Mumbai, 06th April’21: VYRL Originals is
back with yet another blockbuster, ‘Galat’ in the soulful voice
of Asees Kaur, featuring the Big
Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilaik and one of the most prominent personality from Big
Boss 13 Paras Chhabra in the music video.
Keeping melancholy as the central
theme of this song, the hit trio of – Vikas as composer, Sunny Vik as the
producer and the lyricist Raj Fatehpur have worked their magic yet again on
Galat. Asees Kaur who has been the voice behind some of Bollywood’s enormous
hits in the recent past and after recently bagging the Filmfare she is back
with her poignant voice to enthral her fans. The music has been arranged to lend
a cultural feel to it, while the lyrics narrate the consequences of love in
life and heartbreaks.
Directed by Tru Makers, the music depicts a
story about love and betrayal. Rubina skilfully portrays the plight of a simple
and loving wife in love with a conniving husband – played by Paras. The story
unfolds a tale of betrayal that ends in the most tragic way.
Commenting on the release
of Galat, the talented and versatile Singer, Asees Kaur said “Galat is one of the
songs which is very close to my heart and I couldn’t have asked for a better
cast and team for its release. This is special to me because it is the first time
ever, I have sung such an intense heartbreak song, something I have never done
before be it for my singles or for Bollywood so I couldn’t have released it anywhere but with
VYRL Originals. Galat
is masterfully created by the trio, Sunny, Vikas and Raj and by starring Rubina & Paras added a whole new depth
to it. I hope everyone enjoys the track as much as we did in creating it.”
Sharing her first experience with VYRL Originals
and working on Galat, Rubina Dilaik shared, “Having received tremendous
love and support on the release I am very excited that the music video is
finally out and I can’t wait to see the responses. It has been a wonderful and
refreshing experience shooting for Galat and I really loved the way Asees has
put in her heart and soul in this song, she is undoubtedly a gifted singer.
Paras is a great method actor and has been an amazing co-star. Working on the
song with Paras, Asees and VYRL Originals was a smooth and an enjoyable
process. I hope my fans love and shower their support for this song as they
have always in the past.”
