As the COO of MarketsandMarkets™, Krishnan holds the overall responsibility to drive marketing and operational excellence of the organisation. He plays a vital role in enhancing and expanding the overall customer lifecycle, driving the sales and marketing ecosystem, and delivering a high-impact customer success journey for MarketsandMarkets™. In the last 1.5 years with the organisation, he has successfully elevated the brand on international shores through pioneering initiatives, thereby building a market for the company.
Krishnan is a multi-disciplinary professional with over 25 years of experience straddling consumer goods (B2C) and technology (B2B) industries in domestic (India) and global markets. He is known for creative breakthroughs in the functions he has led across organizations. Krishnan's last assignment was with SAP India, where he donned the dual hats of Head of Marketing and Chief Customer Officer.
He has also worked with HCL and ITC, where he was responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives. Krishnan also enjoys the privilege of being inducted into Paul Writer's CMO Hall of Fame, a platform celebrating senior marketers developing and enhancing India's marketing ecosystem.
An
Economics graduate from Presidency College, Calcutta, Krishnan has an MBA in
Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad
(IIM-A).
