B6*EK Partial Codeshare Suspension

Due to FAA airspace restrictions over Iran that prohibit U.S. flight/codeshare flight operations, a selection of JetBlue "B6" codeshare flights, operated by Emirates "EK", will be suspended on a temporary basis starting 24JUL19 until 30SEP19. JetBlue/Emirates are removing impacted codeshare flighs and fares from the GDS and Travelers will need alternate routings. From travel from 24JUL until 29JUL19, JetBlue and Emirates are rebooking alternate space per the guidelines below. For travel from 30JUL until 30SEP19, travel agents are requested to service PNRs and tickets as per below mentioned guidelines. Waiver code to be used for affected tickets : B6EKIRAN19 Impacted codeshare flights originate or terminate in: DFW, FLL, IAH, LAX, MCO, ORD, SEA and SFO For travel between 24JUL - 29JUL, JetBlue/Emirates will: Cancel and rebook travelers from the JetBlue “B6*” codeshare flight to the associated Emirates "EK" operating flight. The ticketing carrier will reissue the ticket,which should be on the same routing as originally booked. For travel between 30JUL - 30SEP, travel agents should : Rebook onto the same Emirates "EK" operating flight number associated with the JetBlue "B6" codeshare flight. Notes : Rebook LOWEST available Emirates fare class in the same cabin. Cabin upgrades are not permitted.
