The recent competition featured chefs from all Encalm Lounges, including the flagship Encalm Privé, at the Delhi, alongside other couple of lounges in Delhi, as well as Hyderabad, and Goa airports. This gastronomic extravaganza showcased the exceptional culinary prowess of Encalm's dedicated teams.
In an innovative twist, teams of chefs were formed, representing their respective lounges, and presented their culinary creations to an esteemed internal jury. The focus was on sustainability and vegetarianism, with each dish meticulously crafted from locally sourced ingredients.
