The curated menu for this special occasion focuses on ingredient pairings that complement each other, reflecting the essence of love and harmony. Featured Desserts: Dolce Vita: Orange Marmalade Curd, Campari & Orange Granita, Campari Gel, Almond Sable, and Chocolate Ganache. French Kiss: Dark Chocolate Mousse, Hazelnut Praline Crunch, Chocolate Sponge, and Macaron (gluten-free option). XOXO: Chocolate Sponge, Dark Chocolate, Passion Fruit & Raspberry Ganache, Red Wine, and Coconut Rum Coulis, adorned with an Edible Chocolate Rose and White Pearl Rochers.
