Whistling Woods International Celebrates Global Recognition of its Leadership Team

~ Meghna Ghai Puri Accepted to Emmy Academy, Chaitanya Chinchlikar Awarded SMPTE Medal for Educational Innovation ~

Mumbai, November, 2024: Whistling Woods International (WWI) proudly celebrates two prestigious global recognitions of its distinguished leadership, whose contributions underscore the institute’s impact on global film, media and creative arts education. Meghna Ghai Puri, President of Whistling Woods International, has been accepted as a member of the esteemed International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (EMMY), an honour that highlights her influence on the international media landscape. Complementing this, Chaitanya Chinchlikar, Vice President & CTO at WWI, has been awarded The SMPTE Excellence in Education Medal at SMPTE’s recently concluded Media Technology Summit 2024, recognising his contribution to Media & Entertainment education, especially with respect to incorporate emerging technologies into the curriculum.

Meghna Ghai Puri's acceptance as a member of the EMMY is a significant testament, recognising her contributions to the national & global media landscape through her leadership in education. The EMMY Academy’s selection celebrates her ongoing commitment to fostering a new generation of creative talent through Whistling Woods International. Under her guidance, WWI has become a pioneering institution, bridging academic excellence with industry relevance and preparing students for the evolving media and entertainment landscape.
