Account of CA Day Celebrations on 1st July, 2021

The Western India Regional Council of ICAI organized 73rd Foundation Day celebrations & various activities on account of completion of 72 Glorious years of Chartered Accountants Day, July 1st, 2021. Smt. Geeta Jain, Member of Legislative Assembly Maharashtra was the Chief Guest for Flag hoisting on the occasion of CA Foundation Day at ICAI Tower, BKC, Bandra East, Mumbai 400 051.

The flag hoisting program was followed by Mega Tree Plantation. Also Swachha Bharat Abhiyan was done.

Also Inter Collegiate Elocution Competition and Inter Collegiate GST Quiz Contest for CA Students was held on Virtual mode.

Further in continuance to the celebrations, the 16th Edition of the Cultural entertainment program "Mile Sur Mera Tumhara" was also held on1st July, 2021 on virtual mode. Mr. Sonu Sood Indian Actor, Film Producer,  Model, Humanitarian, And Philanthropist of Sood Charity Foundation was the Chief Guest for the event. CA members/students presented self participated cultural events.
