Colliers hires Ashwini Sharma to lead its North India Capital Markets & Investment Services business

Gurugram, July 20, 2022 – Leading diversified professional services and investment management firm Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) today announced the appointment of Ashwini Sharma as Senior Director & Head of its Capital Markets & Investment Services (CMIS) team based in Gurugram, effective immediately.

Sharma will be responsible for growing Colliers’ CMIS capabilities across land, assets and investments in the North India region and will be charged with leveraging his industry experience and strong network to identify new business opportunities.

With more than 17 years of extensive business development and transaction experience, Sharma has a proven track record of delivering results across multiple markets. A well-known name in the industry, both on the advisory and client side, Sharma is an expert in investment banking (debt & private equity transactions), new/stressed project acquisitions, land sales, joint development/venture transactions and business consulting assignments across all segments of real estate.

With demonstrated leadership and an excellent track record, Sharma joins us from Tribeca Developers, where he headed their business development operations. Prior to this, he held senior positions at other international property consulting firms in India.
