From the 19th to 26th of December, Nho Saigon, Mumbai’s first Vietnamese restaurant and Asia's first mead taproom, is showcasing a specially curated food and cocktail menu to celebrate Christmas!
Santa’s season is the perfect time to eat, drink, and be merry. Nho Saigon strives to serve you with their creative palette of food and beverages, keeping the festive fervour in mind.
By adding a flavour of fun, Chef Gautam spoke about the menu, “the burnt chicken has rustic flavours mixed with fresh herbs and orange rinds, and the seafood broth is a wholesome comfort food with deep seafood flavours and some chillies.”
Adding to the same, bar supervisor Nikhil said, “We have designed the cocktails based on iconic landmarks in Vietnam, showcasing the culture and beauty of Vietnam with our most exclusive cocktail lineup. All your cravings can be found on the menu, from highballs to sours.”
The Vietnamese restaurant is all set to begin the holiday season with intricate delicacies and playful cocktails.
