Today met Principle Chief Commissioner Shri K R Uday Bhaskarji (IRS ) at GST Bhavan with Jayanti Patelji and represented various issues
1) GST notices should be quashed on expired medicines recd in Pharma industries,
2) for eway bill sec 129 & 130 flying squad officers should be given limited power of giving notices only if there is intent to evade GST and not become a recovery officer , 3) 16(2) & 16(2) C needs amended ,
4) gst on MIDC property should not be demanded , etc
He was very receptive in the meeting which lasted for more than a hour and assured all his support to FAM .
