Nestasia Witnesses Impressive In-Store Success with Over 80% Conversion Rate and 30% Higher Average Order Value compared to online orders

New Delhi, India - January 4th, 2024 – Nestasia, the country’s most loved home décor and lifestyle brand, has successfully launched three physical stores in 2023 and has subsequently announced an aggressive expansion strategy targeting a total of 24 stores by the end of next year. Nestasia's venture into brick-and-mortar spaces has been met with resounding success, showcasing an impressive conversion rate of over 80% from in-store customers and a 30% higher average order value as compared to online sales.

Nestasia is strategically positioning its new stores for maximum impact, keeping its diverse range of products at the forefront. Nestasia has identified the preference for smaller-format stores in high-traffic areas while actively exploring the potential of larger-format stores in the future. Currently, its smaller-sized stores, ranging from 500 to 1000 square feet, are favoured, in mall locations, ensuring a robust rent-to-revenue ratio. The brand has also set an ambitious target of achieving a sales per square feet (SPSF) of over two thousand across all stores.

The brand envisions capturing 20% of its total revenue from offline stores by the end of 2024. The commitment to quality, utility, and beauty (QUB) remains at the core of Nestasia's ethos, driving continuous innovation and a seamless customer experience. In FY22, Nestasia achieved a net revenue of Rs 21.8 crore, and the brand anticipates reaching EBITDA positivity by the end of FY24.

The brand’s offline retail store journey began with the inauguration of Nestasia’s first brick and mortar store in Kolkata, followed by the second in Bangalore's RMZ Eco World. The most recent launch has been its first store in Delhi NCR located in the prominent DLF Avenue Mall. The next few stores are planned to open in Delhi NCR to consolidate the brand’s presence in the region.
