Ex Contestants want Rashmi Jha to be the winner

31 October 2019, Mumbai: With 3 days left for the grand finale of MTV Ace of Space 2, the season is getting more challenging for the remaining house guests. The fight for the finale is in full steam.
Rashmi Jha has reached the finale week with her superb dedication and conduct inside the house. Fans and viewers have showered their love on her. Rashmi's conduct inside the house is drawing love from ex-contestants of the show as well.

Ramiz Siddique who was a part of this show, as well as Love School Season 4, also came all out in the support of Rashmi Jha. Speaking on the occasion he said "I see her to be the most positive human being in the house. She is very well behaved. She is not into conspiracies and playing games like other contestants. I hope that she wins this season. My vote will go to Rashmi." Deepak Thakur and Khushali Vyas who are out of the house are also seen supporting Rashmi Jha.
Other celebrities like Rashmi Desai, Aanchal Khurana, Rose Sardana, Mukul Harish, Singer Snaver Singh, Navin Ramani, Samyuktha Hegde, etc. have praised Rashmi's conduct inside the house. The mastermind Vikas Gupta himself has praised Rashmi on several occasions and called her the Priyanka Chopra of Ace of Space 2.

HARMONY GENEVA MARATHON FOR UNICEF WILL RECEIVE THE AIMS SOCIAL AWARD FOR 2019

The Swiss race will be presented with the Award at the 2019 AIMS Best Marathon Runner Gala
The Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS), the member organisation representing more than 460 of the world’s leading distance races is pleased to announce the Harmony Geneva Marathon for Unicef (https://www.harmonygenevemarathon.com/en/) from Switzerland will receive the 2019 AIMS Social Award.

The award, which recognises races working towards achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations*, will be presented during the seventh annual AIMS ‘Best Marathon Runner’ (BMR) Awards Gala to be held in the birthplace of the Marathon in Athens, Greece on 8 November 2019.

The two other shortlisted races were the Dhiraagu Maldives Road Race (Maldives) – 2nd & the Kingston City Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and 5K (Jamaica) – 3rd.

Since 2010 the Harmony Geneva Marathon has been in partnership with Unicef, supporting the program ‘WASH: Water, Sanitation, Hygiene’ and their Sustainable Development Goal of ensuring access to water sanitation for all. To date the race has raised more than 440,000 Swiss Francs which has financed the installation of 1,000 water pumps in different countries. From 2020, the Harmony Geneva Marathon for UNICEF will support UNICEF Malawi to provide solar water pumps – a reliable, sustainable, user friendly and green technology solution for rural communities.

In addition, the race manages a clothes collection point in the Marathon Village in association with the organisation Bilifou (
www.bilifou.ch) to benefit young people in Burkino Faso. This partnership has seen over 1,000kgs of clothes collected. Other activities with disabled people and refugees are managed by the organisation in order to include everyone in the event.

Aamis trailer out today!


The trailer of Bhaskar Hazarika’s Aamis is out today. The toast of audiences at the recently concluded Jio MAMI 21st Mumbai Film Festival with Star, this much applauded, original dark love story from Assam is being presented by Anurag Kashyap.
Expressing his excitement, writer-director Bhaskar Hazarika said, “If I had a penny for each time people asked me for the trailer of Aamis, I'd be a rich fellow by now! So after what feels like an eternity here it is finally. Hope everyone likes it and it motivates them to go watch Aamis when it releases.”
Anurag Kashyap echoed the sentiment, and further added, “I'm really excited to see how audiences will respond and react to Aamis. So, mark the date - Aamis releases on 22nd November in Assam and beyond!” This is the first time Kashyap is presenting an Assamese film.

Keppel Land invests in Smartworks, a leading pan-India flexible space solutions provider






Mumbai/Noida, 31stOctober 2019 – Keppel Land Limited (Keppel Land) has invested US $25 million in Smartworks Coworking Space Pvt. Ltd (Smartworks), a leading pan-India flexible space solutions provider with a presence in nine major Indian cities, namely, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune.
Founded by Neetish Sarda and co-founded by Harsh Binani in April 2016, Smartworks has grown rapidly to become India’s market-leading provider of quality flexible spaces for enterprise companies. Presently, Smartworks has 23 operational centres in nine cities offering a total of about 43,000 workstations spread over 2.3 million sf. Its centres currently cater to over 400 organisations, comprising mainly large enterprises and high-growth startups such as Amazon Web Services, Bacardi Limited, DHL, Ernst & Young, Hitachi, Jaguar Land Rover Automotive PLC, Microsoft Corporation, Petronash, Red Hat, Ricoh and Samsung. Smartworks provides office spaces which can be rapidly configured and customised in just four to six weeks according to the needs of their enterprise clients, offering a full suite of solutions at a value price point without upfront capital expenditure. All of its centres include common amenities such as cafeterias, meeting spaces, training rooms, crèches, gymnasiums and first aid clinics, which have been well-received by clients. Smartworks was also the first agile space provider in India to use a humanoid robot for operational duties.
Strong economic fundamentals, growing urbanisation and the government’s pro-business policies have led to India attracting an influx of foreign investment across all sectors, in particular, the property market. Leasing activity in the commercial real estate segment rose by 40% year-on-year (y-o-y), crossing 30 million sf in the first half of 2019, the highest recorded, and is poised to reach 50 million sf by end-2019. Within this segment, the flexible space market has risen by 52%[1] y-o-y in the first half of 2019.
The above transaction is not expected to have a material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of Keppel Corporation Limited for the current financial year.

Profile: Vikaas M Sachdeva
Vikaas has served as a board member of SEBI’s Mutual Fund Advisory Committee (MFAC), which had been instrumental in launching several initiatives for the growth of the Asset Management industry. He had been a director on the board of the Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI) for over half a decade and had led the Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) committee. As part of the AMFI working committee, he had worked extensively with SEBI to create a concept paper on ETFs. More recently, Vikaas worked very actively with the Asset Managers Roundtable of India (AMRI), the nodal body for FPIs in India to create a better regulatory framework for their effective functioning.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the CRK Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. Vikaas is a fitness enthusiast and an ardent Marathon runner. He is an outdoor sports fan, particularly of cricket, as well as an avid movie buff.
