About Karsh Kale: 

Known as a pioneer in the world of global fusion, Karsh has done significant work in the industry and contributed to movies like Gully Boy, Karthik Calling Karthik amongst others. He has been awarded with Screen Awards for Best Music for the famous Bollywood musical drama ‘Gully Boy’ along with Golden Gate International Film Festival, Global Indian Music Academy Awards and many more. He is a world-renowned tabla player, drummer, DJ/ remix artist, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, film composer, as well as a band leader and curator all with equal ease.

The setting is charming by day and lively at night. The design is in turn both quaint and contemporary while respecting the uniquely Goan setting. 

The HOSA menu goes way beyond the familiar. Dosas and appams that are accompaniments to dishes like the Guntur crab fry and rich ghee roasts of jackfruit or goat. Small plates like Puli Munchi Wings and Gunpowder Kid Corn pair well with tropical-inspired cocktails. Wild Mushroom Pongal and the Curry Leaf Cured Snapper are other highlights. Cocktails feature classic, tiki and modern interpretations. An extensive wine list complements the food menu further.
