Miss World Washington Shree Saini received Heart Warming message from Indian Orphanage

Miss World Washington Shree Saini and her family helps underprivileged children around the World get a better education and healthcare facilities. During this Lockdown, she received heart-warming messages from many India Based NGOs, including Child Help Foundation.

While expressing her feelings she said, "I love these kids and can't wait to visit them when our world becomes a safe place. Stay home and stay safe." The children in the picture are seen holding thank you signs.

Shree notes “look at their hearts behind even the Thank You signs they made. They added flowers, clouds, hearts, leaves at the outline of my name.” Shree expresses that seeing others suffer continues to pain her, but she chooses to turn that pain into her purpose to serve. This purpose was instilled in her when she was a little girl and watched Miss World on TV.

Shree continues to pass her gratitude to her international judges by writing in her post “Thank you Mrs. Julia Morley , Mr. Eric Douglas, Mr. Steve Douglas founders of Miss World for creating this international women empowerment organization 70 years ago.”

Indo- American Miss World America Washington Shree Saini to raise $1,000,000 million to prevent deaths due to drug overdose

The 23-year-old Indian American student and anti-bullying activist was crowned Miss World America Washington, and the winner of 5 award at Miss World America 2019.  She is known for her anti-bullying social work, now Shree working on raising awareness about suicide prevention, drug addiction prevention and drug rehabilitation programs.

Shree Saini said, “It is an honor to serve our community. I hope everyone takes the time to go out in their local school, city halls and do their part of improving our world."

In particular, to solve the drug-addiction epidemic, Shree is working together with organizations on the local, state and national level.  Drug overdose takes 129 lives victims every day

"I am speaking with school students to never start drug experimentation, so they can lead a life free of drug addiction," Shree Saini said. 

Shree Saini and her mother Ekta Saini took a part of a fundraising gala that helped to fundraise $1,000,000 to prevent deaths from drug overdose. One million was raised, through table sales, a silent and live auction, and individual donations. 

Miss India Worldwide Shree Saini gets warm welcome at Miss India GUYANA PAGEANT

Punjab-born Miss India Worldwide Shree Saini, having her roots in Abohar, was warmly received on her week-long trip to Guyana; she was invited as judge and motivational speaker there. Rashena Sara Hanif (18), an aspiring lawyer, was crowned Miss India Guyana 2019 after she outshone her rivals when the pageant was held at the Ramada Princess Hotel. The young lady was named the new owner of the title replacing the 2018 queen, Shoshanna Ramdeen.

Hanif, who hails from La Parfaite Harmonie on the West Bank Demerara (WBD), said she has always admired pageantry, particularly the Miss India Guyana pageant. “Growing up, it was more about the glitz and glamour for me. But as I continued to pursue my dream of participating in pageants, I realised that the Miss India Guyana pageant is much more than that,” she noted. The first runner-up was Sandeka A Rampersaud, Katriah Sharona was second runner-up. Kristal Inshan was crowned Mrs India Guyana 2019 and Amisha Sarjoo won the title of Miss Teen India Guyana 2019.

The crowned queens will now have a chance to represent Guyana in India for the International pageant slated for September 3-7. The Reigning Miss India Worldwide, Shree Saini graced the event with a spectacular dance performance. Her dance was on the song Titanium. The message of the dance was to portray the message of never giving back, especially in tough circumstances. The night was indeed a fabulous one with other dance routines by leading dance groups, including the Ishara Dance Group.

Shree was invited to spend near a week in Guyana, South America, by Miss India Guyana directors Mr. Hasmin Alli and Mrs. Melicia K. R. Partab Alli.   Shree presented three women empowerment awards and then they surprised her with the 4th women empowerment award. Her speech was on her life story and the definition of Kindness, Resilience and Success.

Miss India World Wide Shree Saini Gets a Rousing reception in South Africa

Punjab born Miss India Worldwide was given a rousing reception in South Africa where she was invited as chief guest for the Miss India Gauteng Pageant 2019. Shree was treated like a queen and had countless banners placed in SA to welcome her. In the pageant winner was Avathara Avi Buldeo, first Princess Aneshree Buldeo and second Princess Aaliyah Chaboo. Avathara has a passion for Belly dancing as well as Bollywood dancing. Her belly dance journey began at the tender age of 8; with more than 10 years of experience, she was crowned Miss Belly Dance South Africa. She lives by the quote: “Music is the movement of sound to reach the soul for the education of its virtue”- Plato.

Sharing her week-long journey experience, Shree said the incomparable people of South Africa welcomed her with countless posters all over. Dharmatma Saran, Neelam Saran, the founder and chairman of Miss India Worldwide and Farook Khan, the director of Miss India South Africa and Preetha Nanhoo having 20 years’ experience as directors of the Pageant were there.

Shree spent time with patients, aged from 2 days to 94 years at the Lenmed Private Hospitals. She shared her life journey and humble work in the Heart Health, Mental Health and Anti Human Trafficking fields with doctors and staff at lunch. She was impressed with their service; some hospital members have served for over 15 years without any pay.

Miss India South Africa, Kiara Rampaul, little sister Rhea and parents flews from Durban to Johannesburg, South Africa besides her Stanford University classmate Chris van der Meulen joined at the Welcome Reception. Farook Khan, director of Miss India SA, honoured Shree with the title of “Warrior Queen”.

Farook Khan has given everything he has back to the community. He has funded many girls’ colleges and positively influenced the lives of thousands. Many people absolutely worship him as he does not seek any credits from anyone. South African newspaper Rising Sun Chatsworth featured Shree’s visit to Trade Mall Route Lenasia. She was also escorted to Nelson Mandela Foundation office where many world leaders have made history altering and humanity uplifting decisions.
