Mumbai, 24^th September 2019: ZEE5, India’s fastest growing ConTech brand consistently launches innovative campaigns to engage with customers. Taking a step forward and keeping consumers preferences in mind, ZEE5 has introduced #TicketToBollywood,  a special campaign to promote Hindi blockbuster movies on the platform which are now available only at Rs.69 per month.

The pack consists of 4500+ movies across genres such as drama, comedy, romance, thrillers, docu-dramas etc. A refreshing and wide variety  be it blockbusters or critically acclaimed films. ZEE5, India’s fastest growing OTT platform has an exciting September planned for viewers. From Original shows to blockbuster movies across languages, there is something for everyone.

The month kick-starts with the World Digital Premiere of Prabhudeva and Tamannaah’s popular Tamil film, Devi 2.

Followed by some of the most anticipated Hindi Originals like Cold Lassi and Chicken Masala starring Divyanka Tripathi and Rajeev Khandewal (3^rd September); Jamai 2.0 starring Ravi Dubey, Nia Sharma & Achint Kaur and Mission over Mars (MOM) starring Sakshi Tanwar, Mona Singh, Nidhi Singh and Palomi Ghosh (10^th September); Bhram, a psychological thriller starring Kalki Koechlin, Bhumika Chawla, Sanjay Suri, Eijaz Khan, Omkar Kapoor (18^th September).

In addition, September has a power packed line-up of Malayalam digital premieres - Madhura Raja starring South Indian Megastar Mammootty (5^th September), An International Local (9^th September), And The Oskar Goes To.. (12^th September) and Children’s Park (16^th September)

The month also premieres Originals across various languages, Premier Padmini (Kannada) releasing on 23^rd September, Bhalobashar Shohor (Bengali) and Hawala (Telugu) releasing on 20^th September followed by Kaale Dhande (Marathi) starring Mahesh Manjrekar in a pivotal role releasing on 24^th September.

The month will end on a high note marking the digital premiere of the much talked about Judgementall Hai Kya starring Rajkummar Rao and Kangana Ranaut on 26^th September and an original series, The Verdict starring Manav Kaul, Angad Bedi, Sumeet Vyas and Angad Bedi on 30^th September.

Ravi Dubey explores Puducherry while shooting for Jamai 2.0

Ravi Dubey shot an extensive schedule in Puducherry for ZEE5’s Jamai 2.0, which is a digital spin off of Zee TV's popular show Jamai Raja.

The team shot in some impeccable outdoor locations and the cast simultaneously explored some hidden corners of town after pack-up every day.

The talented actor, Ravi Dubey was intrigued about Auroville and read a great deal about it. He did a thorough research on how it came into being and the practices adopted by followers. He also made a short visit to the town to rejuvenate.

Sharing his experience Ravi Dubey said, “Our line-producer in Puducherry was kind enough to come along with me to Auroville and it was a beautiful experience. The peace and tranquillity you feel there cannot be explained in mere words. Unfortunately, the day we visited Matra Mandir was shut but I am planning to go back soon and spend some time meditating and soaking in the vibration.”

Featuring Ravi Dubey, Nia Sharma and Achint Kaur, 10 episode romantic thriller will premiere on10^th September 2019 exclusively on ZEE5.

IMAAD SHAH DONS THE LOOK OF SARDAR IN ZEE5’S NEW ORIGINAL POSHAM PA

Mumbai, 05^th August 2019: Imaad Shah, son of Naseeruddin Shah and Ratna Pathak is making his digital debut in ZEE5’s upcoming orignal, PoshamPa. The young actor is seen wearing a turban, essaying the role of a Sardar. It is for the first time that he will be seen in this avatar and he underwent multiple look test for the same.

Imaad is essaying the role of a documentarian, covering the story about the two sisters and unravelling of how and when they committed these heinous murders.

Posham Pa, a psychological thriller, inspired from a true story. The story of the film revolves around a psychologically disturbed mother (essayed byMahie Gill) who coerced her daughters (essayed by Sayani and Ragini) into a life of crime.

Directed by national award-winning filmmaker Suman Mukhopadhyay, written by Nimisha Misra and produced by Ten Years Younger Productions LLP, Dhirajj Walks of Art Pvt Ltd, New Born Films LLP and Vishant Audio Visuals Pvt Ltd, Posham Pa releases on 21st August exclusively on ZEE5.

Mumbai, 16^th July 2019: FRIENDS, an evergreen rom-com from 90’s has a massive fan following even today after 3 decades, and we are sure this TV series is still going to be loved by upcoming generations. We all know about the beloved character Joey (Mat LeBlanc) from FRIENDS who is always hungry and flirts with the girls using his famous dialogue ‘How you doing?’ Recently, when ZEE5 unveiled RejctX’ poster with Ahmed Masi Wali on it, audience was amazed with Joey’s lookalike in an Indian original web show. Debutant young actor, Ahmed’s pictures on social media accounts resembles Joey from multiple angles. We can’t wait to watch Ahmed Masi Wali’s character in ZEE5’s next original RejctX releasing on 25^th July, 2019

RejctX is a fast-paced 10-episode original web series starring Sumeet Vyas, Kubbra Sait along with promising newcomers Masi Wali, Anisha Victor, Ayush Khurana, Prabhneet Singh, Ridhi Khakhar, Saadhika Syal and Pooja Shetty. The show marks the directorial debut of Goldie Behl on the OTT platform.
