Chief Customer Officer Forum- India goes Virtual

The Chief Customer Officer Forum (CCOF) - India was founded in 2012 by M.D Ramaswami as a platform for like-minded leaders of Customer Experience and Operations from across industries to meet, share ideas and experiences, and discuss challenges being faced by them, and thereby get guidance and direction from peers.
Eminent speakers like Nandan Nilekani, Javagal Srinath, and Jagdish Kini, as well as many experts in customer management and experience have participated in this forum.
The forum is now relaunching as a Virtual Forum, free of charge for members.
Originally started as a physical forum, it is now intended to relaunch the platform in its Virtual Avatar. This will be achieved through a multipronged approach including Webinars by eminent and experienced experts, Member Insights, and Monthly newsletters.
The Webinars would encompass a wide ranging spectrum including best practices relating to customer experience and operations management, new technologies and process advances in customer management, inspirational stories about startups and new ideas, Machine Learning, AI, IoT and the like, as well as insights from accomplished personalities from sports, arts, culture, science, and technology. All webinars would be video events and would be published on YouTube.
Member Insights would be where the members share their experiences, war-stories, successes and failures, providing others motivation and inspiration. This would be in the way of a Fireside chat followed by audience Q&A. These events would also be published on YouTube.
Monthly Newsletters would include curated snippets of news from across the world covering technology and operational advances relating to customer experience
“The Virtual CCOF India will provide a platform for the unsung heroes of companies – those frontline customer management leaders to get informed and inspired”, says M.D. Ramaswami, founder of CCOF India
