The majority of the queries can be handled through self-service, therefore, we encourage you to use the tools at your disposal such as your GDS, the Emirates Partner Portal or Emirates.com to manage customer bookings and requests.

The Emirates Partner Portal has been equipped with new features and tools to enhance your experience from our existing Travel Agents website. In order for us to deliver a very bespoke experience for our trade partners, we ask that you register on the below link to enable us to deliver more information and functions as you require on Emirates products and services.

Registration is quick and secure, in a simple 2 step process. We do ask that you register on our user friendly portal & permitted only for IATA agents through IATA number.
