Did you know that during the holiday of Hanukkah, it is a tradition to eat sufganiyot? The sufganiyah (singular) is a sweet round doughnut commonly filled with strawberry jam. Every year, confectioners from all over Israel try different filling and topping, creating even more creative versions of the traditional recipe.
