Apollo Cancer Centres Launches ‘End-O Check’ – An Early Screening and Diagnosis Program for Endometrial and Ovarian Cancers
· End-O Check will provide risk-based assessments, diagnostic testing, and symptom evaluation for women, particularly those in the postmenopausal age group
Navi Mumbai, 30 July 2025: Reinforcing its commitment to preventive oncology for women, Apollo Cancer Centres (ACCs) today launched End-O Check, a comprehensive early detection program targeting women aged 45 and above. The initiative is designed to detect two of the most prevalent gynaecologic cancers—endometrial and ovarian—at an early and more treatable stage.
Ovarian cancer, often referred to as the “silent killer,” affects women between 55 and 64 years of age, with the average diagnosis occurring at 63. When caught early, the 5-year survival rate exceeds 90%.
In India, the total cancer cases are projected to grow to 1.57 million by 2025, with ovarian and uterine cancers continuing to report among the top 5 cancers affecting women. The age-standardized incidence rates are estimated at 4.6 per 100,000 for ovarian cancers and 2.5 per 100,000 for corpus uterine cancers2. Contributing factors include shifts in reproductive patterns, urban lifestyles, and a rise in metabolic conditions, highlighting the urgent need for targeted detection in high-risk populations.
While endometrial cancer often presents with symptoms such as unexpected bleeding or abnormal discharge, many women fail to report these signs early, leading to delayed diagnosis and poorer outcomes.
End-O Check is designed with a focus on early detection in high-risk populations, symptom awareness, and timely intervention, empowering women to take proactive steps for their gynaecologic health.
Speaking at the launch, Mr. Dinesh Madhavan, President, Group Oncology & International, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd, said, "Early detection remains our most powerful ally in improving survival and quality of life in cancer care. End O Check is a proactive step in shifting the narrative from treatment to screening and early diagnosis , enabling timely detection, and precision treatment by cancer management teams”
Dr Richa Bansal - Consultant Gynec Oncology, Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgery Apollo Cancer Centers Mumbai said, “Endometrial cancer has been on the rise in women above the age of 45 years, so early detection is crucial for better outcomes. Global data indicates a 5 year survival rate of around 96% for localized disease. However, survival rates drop substantially when diagnosis is delayed, underscoring the importance of timely detection. Key risk factors include obesity, diabetes, early menstruation, late menopause, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), all of which are becoming more prevalent among Indian women.”
Dr Bindhu KS - Sr. Consultant Dept of Ob Gyn & Robotic Surgery, Apollo Hospitals Navi Mumbai said, “Radiology plays a crucial role in the early detection of gynaecologic cancers. Through End-O Check, we are integrating transvaginal ultrasonography (TVS) as the diagnostic tool to help identify subtle changes that could indicate early-stage ovarian or endometrial cancers. Early imaging intervention allows clinicians to act promptly, improving treatment options and outcomes for patients."
Dr Anil D’cruz –Director Oncology & Sr Head & Neck Onco Surgeon Apollo Cancer Centres, added, “With End O Check, we are expanding our preventive oncology efforts. This program is about creating sustained awareness, encouraging women to prioritize their health, and ensuring equitable access to reliable cancer detection tools. Early detection not only saves lives—it also enables less invasive, more effective treatment options.”

Indian Real Estate's financial discipline spurs credit upgrades and equity market surge; ~INR 400 Bn raised via IPOs since 2021- Colliers India
· Bank credit to the real estate sector has doubled since FY 2021; loan book at over INR 35 lakh crore at the end of FY 2025
· Leading real estate companies have shown improvements in operating and net profitability margins
· Debt-to-equity ratio of top 50 listed real estate companies has seen a significant drop since FY 2021, signaling steady balance sheet deleveraging
· Credit rating upgrades in real estate are significantly higher than the number of downgrades in the post-pandemic era
· Real Estate continues to tap the equity market – 7 IPOs totaling to INR 76 billion in 2025 so far
Bengaluru, 29th July 2025: India’s real estate sector has continued to exhibit marked improvement in terms of financial health in the post-pandemic era, outperforming other major industries in the economy in terms of critical credit and financial metrics. The last decade has been eventful for Indian real estate, resulting in structural changes. Events such as the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA), Goods and Services Tax (GST) implementation, demonetization, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic have only made the sector more resilient, transparent and competitive. Particularly post the pandemic, the real estate sector has demonstrated a strong ‘V-shaped’ recovery. Overall, the financial prudence of Indian real estate is reflected in improving credit rating of companies driven by better operating & profitability margins, leverage ratios etc. In this context, we have assessed the aggregate financials of the top 50 listed real estate companies in India in terms of profitability, gearing & market performance.
Credit deployment in Indian real estate on the rise
The sector’s access to credit has improved significantly in absolute terms, though with evolving dynamics amongst banks and NBFCs. While the share of banks in overall credit exposure to Indian realty has increased notably and NBFCs have become relatively averse to real estate exposure post the 2018 crisis, the outstanding loan book for both banks and NBFCs has grown significantly in the last decade.
Gross bank credit in India has grown significantly, from INR 109.5 lakh crore in FY 2021 to INR 182.4 lakh crore in FY 2025. Bank credit in the real estate sector has impressively doubled in the same period, from INR 17.8 lakh crore to INR 35.4 lakh crore. Importantly, real estate now accounts for close to one-fifth of the bank credit deployment in the country, signaling growing lender confidence in the sector.

In addition to increased lending to the real estate sector, the quality of loans has also improved significantly. The proportion of Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) in the construction industry loan book of banks has significantly reduced from 23.5% in March 2021 to 3.1% in March 2025.
“Indian real estate sector continues to demonstrate resilience and financial prudence even in the wake of external volatilities. In fact, the strong financial health of the sector is demonstrated by significantly higher proportion of credit rating upgrades during FY 2025 as compared to upward revisions in other economic sectors. The relatively higher credit quality of real estate loans is well supported by underlying strong demand-supply dynamics across multiple asset classes such as residential, commercial, industrial & warehousing, retail, hospitality etc. Looking ahead, the overall outlook for Indian real estate remains positive in the near-mid-term amidst sustained global as well as domestic investor confidence,” said Badal Yagnik, Chief Executive Officer, Colliers India.
Profitability and leverage ratios improve for most of the larger real estate players
Increasing appetite for real estate lending by financial institutions has primarily stemmed from the financial prudence displayed by the sector. In fact, the top 50 listed real estate companies have shown impressive improvements in terms of profitability, cash flow realization, and balance sheet performance over the last five years. One of the most significant trends is the improvement in profitability metrics – 62% of the top 50 listed real estate companies had higher profitability margins at the end of FY 2025 as compared to the 23% share in FY 2021. Consistent strong demand, higher revenue realization, and better operating efficiencies can be attributed to the increasing profitability of real estate companies.
Additionally, the debt-to-equity ratio, a critical indicator of financial discipline, has shown consistent improvement over the past five years. More than 60% of the leading real estate companies in India have comfortable debt levels, which is reflected in the debt-to-equity ratio of less than 0.5 in FY 2025. This is particularly noteworthy considering that 43% of the leading real estate companies were low-leverage companies in FY 2021. Financial prudence at the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) level has in a way culminated into comfortable debt levels at the consolidated level. Moreover, it highlights a deliberate strategy amongst large developers to deleverage and enhance capital as well as operational efficiency.

Creditworthiness of the real estate sector reflected in a significantly higher number of rating upgrades
Most economic sectors in India have rebounded strongly post-pandemic. However, the pace and extent of recovery in the real estate sector has been comparatively more pronounced than in other industries. This is reiterated by a higher proportion of credit rating upgrades in Indian real estate in recent years. In fact, the real estate sector has outperformed the broader industry on credit quality metrics, with a leading Credit Rating Agency (CRA) reporting 23% of upgrades in its rated real estate portfolio versus a mere 1% of downgrades during the second half of FY 2025. The percentage of rating upgrades and downgrades across industries from the same CRA meanwhile stood at 14% and 6% respectively in the same period.
While the extremely high number of upgrades vis-à-vis downgrades in H2 of FY 2025 in Indian real estate may rationalize over the next few years, it is still expected to outperform most economic sectors, driven by its inherent fundamentals. Rising revenues, improving operating and profitability margins, and steady debt deleveraging underscore the adoption of more sustainable and disciplined financial practices in Indian real estate, reinforcing its position as one of the promising sectors across the corporate landscape.

Real estate companies increasingly access equity markets to fuel expansion
Real estate players are increasingly turning to public markets to raise capital, as reflected in the surge of Initial Public Offerings (IPO) in recent years. In 2024 alone, India witnessed close to 160 fresh public issuances across sectors, comfortably outpacing issuances in 2023. Remarkably, the real estate sector saw 9 IPOs in 2024, raising nearly INR 138 billion - almost double the amount raised in the previous year. Since 2021, 30 IPOs have collectively raised close to INR 400 billion into India’s real estate sector. Heightened activity in the equity markets has continued into 2025 as well. The year has already seen 92 IPOs, including 7 real estate IPOs till date. Interestingly, real estate IPOs are expanding into newer categories such as flex spaces, with leading operators scaling their portfolios across cities and fast-tracking their public listing plans. Moreover, the introduction of REIT and SM-REIT offerings is democratizing real estate ownership for the retail investor. In the near to mid-term, several real estate companies, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Small & Medium (SM)-REITs, hospitality players, residential developers, flex space operators etc. are lining up for their IPOs with the regulator.

“Real estate players are increasingly tapping public markets to fuel their expansion and strengthen balance sheets, signaling growing investor confidence in the sector. The strong momentum seen in 2024 has carried into 2025, with seven real estate IPOs, raising more than INR 76 billion till July. The music, composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab, adds an extra layer of emotion, perfectly complementing the film’s moving narrative.
Talking about the film, Nani, who plays the loving father, shared, “I think I was the first one to come on board for Hi Papa, and when I hear a script, I don’t listen to it as an actor — I experience it as an audience member first. When I heard this story, it truly moved me. It had been a long time since I came across a film that captured the beauty of love and the bond between a father and daughter in such a heartfelt way. I was craving to be a part of something like this. I’m really excited that audiences across India will now get to experience the warmth and emotion of Hi Papa on Zee Cinema.”
Mrunal Thakur who plays the character of Yashna, added, “The moment Shouryuv Garu narrated the script to me, I was completely drawn in. I hope the audience feels the same love, warmth, and depth that I felt while making this film.”
Speaking about his debut, Director Shouryuv said, “Hi Papa may be a fictional story, but it’s deeply rooted in emotions and experiences that have shaped me. As a first-time director, I wanted to tell a story that’s heartfelt and universally relatable something every family, across any language could connect with. The love the film has received so far has been truly overwhelming. I’m now excited for audiences on Zee Cinema to experience the same warmth and emotion that went into creating Hi Papa.”
"Hi Papa" is a heart-tugging celebration of fatherhood, forgotten love and rediscovered bonds. It’s a reminder that even the deepest wounds can heal when love finds its way back home.

Ofis Square Organizes ‘Pawse for Paws’ – Spreading Love, Health, and Hope for Stray Animals in Noida
Noida, 26th July 2025:
In a heartfelt effort to make urban neighborhoods kinder for street animals, Ofis Square, a leader in premium coworking and managed office spaces, organized a massive stray animal feeding and deworming drive under its CSR initiative, ‘Pawse for Paws.’
The drive, held in collaboration with House of Stray Animals, reached six key locations across Noida, where hundreds of stray dogs were lovingly fed and provided deworming care to improve their health and curb the spread of common infections. With six dedicated teams on the ground, the atmosphere was filled with wagging tails, happy eyes, and heartwarming interactions between volunteers and the animals.
The initiative wasn’t just about healthcare—it was about bringing hope, love, and comfort to animals who are often forgotten in the rush of city life. Volunteers spent time petting and calming the dogs, making sure every meal was served with kindness and patience.
Following the drive, a certificate distribution and felicitation ceremony was held at Ofis Square, Sector 3, Noida, where participating teams were recognized for their selfless contributions by Saroj Mittal, Founder of Ofis Square. The event concluded with a warm hi-tea session, sparking inspiring conversations on how small acts of compassion can lead to larger community change.
“At Ofis Square, we believe that true community building goes beyond workspaces—it begins with kindness. Every life matter, and seeing those happy tails and grateful eyes today was a reminder that even the smallest gesture of care can transform lives. I am deeply proud of our teams for stepping forward with such love and empathy,” said Saroj Mittal, Founder of Ofis Square.
Saroj Mittal is known for her passionate commitment to philanthropy and social good. Under her leadership, Ofis Square continues to champion CSR initiatives in health, education, and community welfare. ‘Pawse for Paws’ stands as a reflection of this vision—proving that businesses can be a force for good, inspiring not just professional excellence but also human kindness.

New Delhi, July 25, 2025: Flex spaces accounted for 14% of total absorption in Q2 2025, up from 9% in the previous quarter. The area absorbed by flex spaces increased by 68% over the previous quarter, reaching 2.63 Mn sq ft in Q2 2025. Moreover, the southern cities of Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad accounted for nearly 80% of the area absorbed by flex spaces across the top seven cities, underscoring the growing prominence of flex spaces in these cities.
Even though the share of flex spaces has increased significantly, IT-ITeS sector continued to dominate absorption with 9.4 Mn sq ft in Q2 2025. Nearly half of the absorption by IT-ITeS sector was concentrated in the localities of Yeshwantpur (Bengaluru), Nanakramaguda (Hyderabad), and Airoli (Mumbai). The top seven cities recorded 36.75 Mn sq ft of absorption in H1 2025, registering 21% increase over the same period a year earlier. The second quarter of 2025 maintained its growth momentum amid global macroeconomic uncertainties and geopolitical frictions. As a result, absorption rose by 10% annually and 5% quarterly, reaching 18.79 Mn sq ft in Q2 2025. This could be attributed to the significant increase in real estate activities in the southern cities, with their share rising from 46% in Q1 2025 to 59% in Q2 2025.
Mr. Shrinivas Rao, CEO, Vestian, said, “India’s office market continued to grow in Q2 2025, largely driven by robust absorption in major cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. As more enterprises are transitioning back to in-office operations and several grade-A office projects are planned to be completed in the second half of 2025, the growth momentum is anticipated to continue with an increase in office utilisation ratio.”
