Ofis Square Sector 62: A New Chapter in Experiential Workplace Design

Nestled within Noida’s tech corridor, Ofis Square’s flagship center at Sector 62 redefines the design language of Indian coworking spaces. Conceptualized with a deep sensitivity to spatial experience, material warmth, and functional elegance, the project reflects a conscious shift in how modern work environments are imagined today.

Spread across 35,000 sq. ft. and spanning two levels in the iconic Corenthum building, the center accommodates 600+ seats, making it one of the largest and most thoughtfully designed coworking hubs in the region. Designed by Eshleen Walia, the space employs a human-centric design approach where every element, from spatial zoning to lighting, acoustics, and texture, has been thoughtfully integrated to support both focused work and community engagement.

The layout balances openness and privacy, with clusters of activity areas flowing seamlessly into quiet zones. A 100-seater auditorium with a buffet area, glass-enclosed boardroom, collaborative conference rooms, individual phone booths, premium cabins, and a uniquely designed in-house movie theater form the core infrastructure. These are complemented by tactile design choices, natural wood finishes, muted color palettes, and soft lighting that prioritize comfort without compromising visual identity.

The cafeteria, reminiscent of a boutique café, doubles as a social hub that promotes spontaneity and collaboration, while private premium cabins offer focused spaces for decision-makers. Integrated branding elements and wayfinding graphics subtly reinforce identity without overwhelming the space.

Strategically located just 20 meters from Electronic City Metro Station200 meters from Delhi-Meerut Expressway, and 30 km from IGI Airport, the center is well-connected to premium food outlets and business districts, making it ideal for hybrid and flexible office ecosystems.

With rising interest in future-ready workplaces, Ofis Square Sector 62 offers an exemplary model of how design can elevate not just utility but also the emotional and sensory experience of work, aligning with editorial themes exploring corporate interiors, workplace innovation, biophilic design, and the future of work in India.
