Chennai, 2 August 2019:  Express Avenue Chennai's award winning fashion and entertainment mall has taken initiative to host a first of its kind, wellness fest curated by The Divine Sparks & the Lucky Charm & Co. 

The event was inaugurated by renowned wellness consultant Ms. Ishani Vellodi Reddy, a Certified Health Coach, Former Investment Banker & founder of Ishani Vellodi Wellness. It was also graced by Mrs Sucharita Reddy, Mr Karthick Reddy, Mrs Saroj Goenka- Chairperson of Express Infrastructure Private Limited and Mrs Kavita Singhania- Managing Director of Express Avenue and Express Infrastructure Private Limited.

The official website for Ishani Vellodi fitness was also launched during the inauguration of the event. Chennai’s famous influencer, Paloma Rao was the host for the event. 

The fest is being held on 2nd & 3rd August from 11 AM – 9PM at the Central Atrium of the mall. This event is aimed to ensure that maximum number of people get an opportunity to experience profound impact of the sessions related to alternative therapy thereby promoting the wellbeing of Chennaites.

The Wellness Fest is an amalgamation of both science and alternate therapies. The fest consists of various activities such as Chakra Healing, Sound Therapy, Shalvik Mantra Rahasya, Candle Therapy, Pranic Healing, Cosmic Healing & Taalakyam to name a few. 

The fest also has interesting master classes for both adults and children. A chiropractor all the way from Gujrat will heal lifestyle related body pain and a famous celebrity astrologer from Mumbai was invited to be part of the Fest.
