Greenply Industries, the plywood major and leader in the manufacturing and marketing of a wide range of interior infrastructure products in India, has been recognized by Great Place to Work for their contribution on building a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture in the organization. The ranking considered feedback and insights from selected participants, who responded to the survey questions anonymously.
The process of evaluation was driven by quantifying the work culture and analysing the ethics to produce insights and results contributing to creating high-trust work experience for all employees.
