Actors Mohit Malik, Myra Singh, Aakriti Sharma and Mrinmai Kolwalkar wished him on various social media platforms. Commenting on the occasion Rudra said “It was an eventful birthday. The lockdown and ban on shooting have allowed me to spend some quality time with my family here in Jodhpur after many years. It is a proud moment for me as my son, who is pursuing engineering has been just been selected for an internship with Google. God has been kind, and with the good wishes of friends and well-wishers our short film also has broken all previous viewership records, thus further strengthening our relationship with the OTT platform. I am keen that our country soon gets over this COVID 19 pandemic so that shooting resumes and we shoot the next instalment of the short film Agent Mona 2.0"
