PACKAGES FOR RIDERS AND CAMPING ACCOMODATION ANNOUNCED FOR INDIA BIKE WEEK
2021
– THE SPECIAL EDITION.
AAMBY
VALLEY
4-5TH
DECEMBER 2021.
India
Bike Week is Asia’s biggest motorcycle festival, and by far the country’s most
prominent biking extravaganza yet.
This year, India Bike Week will be a
one-of-a-kind Special Edition, the passes for which are priced at Rs. 1200 plus GST per person for the
weekend and Rs. 700 plus GST per
head for the single day tickets. The purchase of the weekend pass (Rs. 1200
plus GST) will allow visitors access to the
adjoining Valley Run as well, in addition to the India Bike Week itself.
In keeping with its Special Edition
theme, the number of tickets sold for IBW 2021 will be restricted. Hence, to
ensure your slice of motorcycle madness, it is important for clubs - and
individuals alike - to pre-register themselves by clicking on the ‘Pre-Sale
Registration’ button on the www.indiabikeweek.in landing page and completing the form
that the link leads to.
Those who have pre-registered will be
able to purchase their passes before the rest, and ticket sales will open
online for everyone else only if they haven’t been sold out already.
Riding to ‘IBW 2021 – The Special
Edition’ with your pack will have its advantages. The clubs that
pre-register, and subsequently book the passes of more than twenty of their
members collectively, will get special benefits that include exclusive parking
slots for their motorcycles within the venue, bespoke IBW branded souvenirs,
reservations in the club parade, stage time to promote their brotherhood, specifically
created games and free subscriptions to KOGO for a month.
IBW 2021 would be incomplete without
the Great Migration, where the biker
fraternity rides in from across the country. To fuel this mass exodus, KOGO has
kicked off various initiatives to help bikers get to Aamby Valley. KOGO will
organise self-guided rides from Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bengaluru,
Hyderabad, Kochi, Nagpur, Chennai, Delhi and Kolkata, to IBW and back, for a
nominal fee. Those wanting a more exclusive experience could go in for the
specially curated options that will give them the opportunity to ride in with
some of India’s biggest motorcycle influencers. Depending on the package
chosen, the prices will include stay for all scheduled stops along the route on
a twin-sharing basis, buffet breakfast and dinner at all pre-determined hotels
enroute, tented accommodation for IBW in the Lets Campout Camping Grounds
on a twin-sharing basis, and two-day passes to India’s biggest motorcycle
festival.
The Lets Campout Camping Grounds
are open to all riders, regardless of whether they avail of KOGO’s wonderful
rider packages or choose to do their own thing. These campsites are set up in
picturesque locations by the Mulshi and Pawna lakes and the tents are equipped
with lights and comfortable mattresses. Toilets and bathrooms are shared. The
cost of stay here begins at Rs. 3082 per head on a twin-sharing basis.
Alternatively, if camping isn’t your
style, KOGO is also curating a list of other accommodation options to stay at
with varying budgets and amenities. These can be viewed on the India Bike Week
and KOGO websites.
KOGO will also be holding the Wild Ride Challenge that will reward
the top ten riders who take the longest routes to India Bike Week 2021. The
winner bags a cash prize of Rs. 25,000, the runner up gets Rs. 15,000 while the
rider who places third will receive Rs. 10,000. The remaining seven bikers that
follow will each be awarded Rs. 2,500.
We stand by the biker brotherhood,
and believe that no rider should be left behind. Keeping that in mind, Road
Safety Assistance and a one-month membership to the Dial4242 Ambulance services
will also be provided to participants who opt for these packages through KOGO.
For pricing, bookings, terms and
conditions and other details about these ride packages, festival passes and
accommodation, log on to www.indiabikeweek.in and www.kogotrips.com.In the
interest of everyone’s safety and well-being, all visitors to IBW must produce
proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 before being allowed entry through
the gates. Alternatively, one can produce proof of getting at least one shot,
along with a recent negative RTPCR report to enter the event. Wearing of a mask
at all times is compulsory for everyone who attends ‘India Bike Week 2021 - The
Special Edition.’
