Shri Rajneesh Narang takes over as Director - Finance of HPCL

Shri Rajneesh Narang has taken over as Director - Finance of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., a Maharatna Company, effective 22^nd March, 2022. Prior to this, he was serving as Executive Director - Corporate Finance of HPCL. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Shri Narang is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Masters Degree in Financial Management. Shri Narang brings with him rich and varied professional experience of more than 3 decades across various spectrum of Downstream Oil Company, during which he has held various challenging assignments in the field of Corporate Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, Margin Management, Marketing Finance, Budgeting, SBU Commercial, Major Projects and in the C&MD’s Office.

श्री रजनीश नारंग ने एचपीसीएल के निदेशक - वित्त के रूप में पदभार ग्रहण किया

श्री रजनीश नारंग ने 22 मार्च, 2022 से हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड, एक महारत्न कंपनी के निदेशक - वित्त के रूप में पदभार ग्रहण कर लिया है। इससे पूर्व वे एचपीसीएल के कार्यकारी निदेशक - निगम वित्त के रूप में कार्यरत थे। वे कंपनी के मुख्य वित्तीय अधिकारी भी हैं।

श्री नारंग भारत के चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स संस्थान के सदस्य हैं और वित्तीय प्रबंधन में मास्टर डिग्री हासिल की है। श्री नारंग अपने साथ डाउनस्ट्रीम ऑयल कंपनी के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में 3 दशकों से अधिक का समृद्ध और विविध पेशेवर अनुभव लेकर आए हैं, इस दौरान उन्होंने निगम वित्त, ट्रेजरी, जोखिम प्रबंधन, मार्जिन प्रबंधन, विपणन वित्त, बजट, एसबीयू वाणिज्यिक, प्रमुख परियोजनाएं आदि क्षेत्र सहित अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक के कार्यालय में विभिन्न चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्यों का निर्वहन किया है।
