Bhumika Group, a leading retail real estate developer based out of New Delhi, announces its foray into the Metro Mall segment with the recent award of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the NHPC Metro Station project from the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC).
The NHPC Metro Station project at Mathura Road is Bhumika Group’s second venture in Faridabad. A few months ago, it had announced that it has entered into an agreement to develop a 5.5 lakh sq ft of retail development, merely 3-4 km from the group’s current project site.
Expressing his enthusiasm about the company’s expansion into Faridabad and the Mathura Road region, Mr Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director of Bhumika Group said, “We feel that Faridabad is the new growth corridor, and Mathura Road, in particular, is emerging as a pivotal hub for retail development in the NCR, capturing the attention of top retailers and renowned restaurateurs. It has further fuelled our commitment to focus our efforts in Faridabad, specifically, at Mathura Road.”
Bhumika Group’s stellar track record is further exemplified by the high performance driven by their design-centric approach.
