Chef Tom, born to a Thai-British family in the UK, is the head chef at Dough Bros. His unique background and culture made him interested in becoming a chef at a young age. His brilliance is visible in his menu and his food, which ties the contemporary into the classic. Chef Tom has previously worked as senior chef de partie at Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in 2003, Restaurant Nathan in 2005, Maze, Gordan Ramsey 2006 and Nobu Park Lane, a Michelin Star restaurant in 2007. He moved on to Aqua Kyoto 2009 then to becoming head chef of Ottolenghi in 2010, Development chef for Pyton and Byrne in 2014. He completed a short stint at Amaz in Lima, hailed as one of Peru’s leading restaurants. Having worked in Michelin star restaurants, and with his variety of experiences, you can expect his menu at Dough bros to be incredibly delicious.
His food philosophy is to make the most of the local produce available and use cooking techniques to combine unusual elements.
