talked about working with the greatest chefs in the world such as the legendary
Gordon Ramsay, the flavor maestro Daniel Bullard, and the seafood sorcerer Éric
Ripert, just to name a few, while candidly sharing his journey of overcoming
challenges in a foreign land and successfully establishing his food empire,
earning his inaugural Michelin Star along the way. He peeled back the layers of
