Vikas Khanna talked about working with the greatest chefs in the world such as the legendary Gordon Ramsay, the flavor maestro Daniel Bullard, and the seafood sorcerer Éric Ripert, just to name a few, while candidly sharing his journey of overcoming challenges in a foreign land and successfully establishing his food empire, earning his inaugural Michelin Star along the way. He peeled back the layers of his remarkable journey, unveiling the emotional battles fought against prejudices as an expat in countries like the USA and France. Vikas Khanna spoke about the relentless scrutiny and harsh criticism faced on foreign soil as an Indian origin chef, and how his indomitable spirit defied all judgments.
