Randeep Hooda will start shooting for Mohaan Nadaar's RAT ON THE HIGHWAY (working title) from Aug 16th in Scotland. The film directed by Vivek Chouhan and produced by The Production Headquarters Ltd - UK is an edge of the seat thriller in a format that has never been attempted in India before.
