“DharmendraMunde Wins Gold Medal in Bodybuilding as Mr. World championship”

Dharmendra  Became the Youngest Player in the 70-75 Category in Bodybuilding as Mr.  World championship   DharmendraMunde raised India's collar in mauritius. Dharmendra has proved worth of the strength of Indian Lion by winning the Gold medal in the 70-75 Category. 28 year-old Dharmendra has become the youngest player to represent the country at an international platform in the senior category. Dharmendra has won lots of medals before this.

His first so ever medal in bodybuilding was in year 2016 where he won the Gold Medal for Mr. Delhi. Then in 2017 from Uttar Pradesh  He won Trophy for body building.  

Apart from this world championship, he also be a part of 2019  5th North India  Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship where  he is 3rd runner up. Before this He’s also a part of Mr. Asia where we won silver medal and raised India's collar.  He won two other Gold Medal also in  2019 Mr. Delhi or  Mr. India.

From the age of 20 year he's been a constant part of bodybuilding and fitness championship journey.

DharmendraMude suggest that if you want to be a part of this industry you need to exercise from one hour, twice a day. You need to be very strict when it's come to diet thing if you are non vegetarian you can eat  boiled chicken and white egg. But if you are a hard core vegetarian person then many thing that being a vegetarian  you can't be enter in the bodybuilding industry, being a  vegetarian we have lots of option to eat like we can eat Poha, sweet corns, broccoli,soya beans, beans tofu and yes Protein shakes too.
