Effective 25 January 2020, Emirates will terminate codeshare agreement with LATAM Airlines (LA) thereby affecting PNRs booked on EK Marketing flights.
Rebooking and ticketing procedure to be followed for ticketed customers as below:
Booking and Ticketing Procedure:
- Flight status will be changed to UN and rebooked on prime flight of operating carrier.
- Tickets must be re-issued as NOADC.
- Re-issue the entire ticket using all coupons of the original ticket.
- Since there is no change in schedule,in case of refund, cancellation is not waved. Any refund will be treated as voluntary cancellation and will incur cancellation fee (if any).
- No-Show charges are not waived.
Important note :
- Make sure customer contact information (mobile and email) are updated on the PNR.
