Hyundai Launches ‘Industry First’ Smart Mobility Service ‘Hyundai on Whatsapp’


-          Also introduces ‘Hyundai Care’ Application to connect customers  
Mumbai, December 13, 2019Hyundai Motor India Ltd, India’s first smart mobility solutions provider and largest exporter, today announced the launch of an Industry First Transactional Chat Based Medium - Hyundai on WhatsApp. Additionally, Hyundai Care Mobile Application was also introduced, further strengthening our service commitment.

Hyundai on Whatsapp is a communication platform which will provide updates to customer during the entire vehicle service process, starting from online service booking to post service feedback.
Hyundai Care Application comes with a user friendly interface and easy to navigate platform which will meet the evolving needs of today's tech-savvy, digitally connected millennial.  Customers can experience the host of features such as Book a Service, 360° View of Car, Book a Car, Request for Test Drive, monthly offer updates and much more.
