Raise a toast to good times, only at Bayroute!

One of Mumbai’s most successful and widely loved fine dine restaurants, Bayroute, opened its swankiest outlet at Palladium Mall in October 2019. Since then, it has been frequented by the city’s foodies eager to have a slice of the most authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. On December 20, 2019, the brightest stars of tinsel town descended into Bayroute Palladium to attend a celebratory dinner hosted by Shaad Randhawa.

The sprawling outlet welcomed its famous guests with Bayroute’s well-known hospitality. The standout bar set the mood right as they settled into the plush seats around a lavish table, inspired by the bustling markets of Morocco. Seen having a good time were Sidharth Malhotra, Aditya Roy Kapur, Gulshan Grover, Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia D'Souza, Sanjay Gupta, Udita Goswami, Milap Zaveri, Tushar Hiranandani, Mohit Suri, Prateik Babbar, Tanuj Garg among others, gorging on their lip-smacking Middle Eastern delicacies.

The feast began with piping-hot open-fire cooked Kebabs, Quwarmah and Quinoa Tabbouleh to Koshari, and Baklava. Sparkling drinks were there for accompaniment, like the house special Honey on Fire, Turkish Madness, Smoky Rum and Raisins, Matcha Jalapeno Foam-tails etc. More lavish courses followed from Bayroute’s brand new menu that includes dishes from Turkey, Greece, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, Jordan Libya, Syria and Saudi Arabia. The guests were seen feasting on rare preparations made with immaculate accuracy from ingredients sourced straight from the Middle East.

Said Mr. Shaad Randhawa, “Bayroute is a place where we celebrate food in all its glory and nothing gives me more joy than to share it with my closest friends. Ever since we opened here at Palladium, our grandest outlet, I’ve wanted to invite them over and host them like I would at home. There is an endless flow of our best food and drinks. I am so thrilled that they’re having such a glorious evening, just the way I am sure every Bayroute guest has when they come over with their loved ones”

The party went on till the last of the desserts was polished off by the delighted guests. Bayroute has a special year-end menu that will be available between December 24, 2019 and January 1, 2020 across all outlets.
