RDB MANJ MUSIK's voice, MANJ Musik is back with ‘Laal Ghaghra’ with Akshay Kumar & Kareena Kapoor Khan

The wait is over. RDB MANJ MUSIK's voice, MANJ Musik is back with another power-packed and much-awaited song of the season ‘Laal Ghaghra’ with Akshay Kumar & Kareena Kapoor from the film ‘Good Newwz’. Titled ‘Laal Ghaghra’, the track has been sung and composed by Manj Musik, along with Herbie Sahara & Tanishk Bagchi released today on 17th December 2019, under the Zee Music Company. 

The song is RDB Manj Musik’s second collaboration with Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan after the song ‘Om Mangalam Mangalam’ from the film ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ after a decade. The song released today which is a remake version of the original itself.

On being asked about the collaboration with Akshay Kumar, Manj Musik said, “I share a great relationship with Akshay paji and have been friends since long. Akshay paji and I have performed this song many times over the past years at award shows and the response has always been amazing! This is not the first time we worked together and working together always brings comfort and fun to the music. The song was made originally back in 2003 with my older brother Herbie Sahara who sang it and wrote the song. The visuals of the song are peppy, Punjabi and set everyone in the mood for a dance party, especially so close to New Years' Eve. We as music directors do sometimes tend to tie down by very specific briefs, but at the same time, people like Akshay Kumar, Raj Mehta and Karan Johar, we could push the envelope for the song.”

RDB’s Manj Musik is introduced by Akshay Kumar for songs like ‘Singh is Kinng’, ‘Paisa Paisa’, ‘Shera Di Kaum’ AJA MAHI recently on Singh is Bling which he sang with Arijit Singh and many more, and also known for his music placements and his work in Bollywood.
