The Happyness Factory is delighted to present-Yo1World (Inhale the present, Exhale the past)
A global yoga summit that brings together teachers from the 6 inhabited continents in the world. This summit celebrates the World Yoga Day which happens to be on 21st June. Sessions will be conducted from 19th to 21st June at 7.00 AM and 7.00 PM everyday.
India has always been instrumental in enriching global culture and art. Whether it is Food, Movies or Holistic living, the world has adapted Indian methods in many disciplines. Yoga is an age old practice that evolved in India and was then taken across the world by our yogis. Now almost every country in the world practices it in some form and there are indigenous teachers who come to India to learn it. In this process, even the yoga that is followed globally has changed and adapted to the culture of that place. The Happyness Factory (THF) endeavors to bring to the Indian audience a slice of the different disciplines of this art of living that is an elixir to the Mind, Body and Spirit.
“This 6 session workshop is a great opportunity to connect people across the world for the one thing we all love – Yoga. The expert instructors were handpicked based on their experience, English speaking skills and familiarity with the Indian culture,” says Yogesh Karikurve, the founder of THF.
The Yoga sessions and experts:
• Tantra Yoga: Courtney from USA
• Iyana Yoga: Claudia from South America
• Hatha Yoga and Emotional Intelligence: Marijuana from Europe
• Pranayama and The Joy of Breath: Ali from Australia
• The FreedOM Practice: Kerry from South Africa
• Surya Namaskar, A way of life: Bhavika from Asia
“I enjoy teaching yoga. I like to teach it to the youth as I believe it shapes their life and fortifies them to take up the challenges in life” says Marijuana, a yoga expert from Serbia, who also counsels youth organizations in her country.
