India, June 2020: We are dealing with the worst pandemic of the century, and the need to strengthen our immunity has become crucial. It is important to fit in a good 30-45 minute daily session for exercise and check what one is putting inside their body. Since many are still working from home and gyms are closed, finding the right workout session and monitoring eating habits can be difficult.
On the occasion of International Yoga Day on June 21, Sunday, Qdesq took the initiative to arrange a Virtual Wellness Event. The day consists of two sessions, starting with a yoga session from 8:00 am to 8:45 am with Paloma Gangopadhyay and a nutrition session with Dt. Anshul Jaibharat from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm
Paloma Gangopadhyay is a health culturist, fitness coach, and celebrity yoga coach with an experience of 14 years. Paloma will teach some easy-to-do asanas that one can practice at home. The session will work on bringing movement and flexibility to the body as well as calmness to the mind.
The evening session to be conducted by Dt. Anshul Jaibharat who has 13 years of rich experience as a nutritionist and is a lifestyle modification counsellor. She will help us understand how to take better care of our body by introducing various vitamins and minerals necessary for a better immune system.
