ROYAL ENFIELD REGISTERS SALES OF 61,407 MOTORCYCLES IN JUNE 2022 - GROWTH OF 43% COMPARED TO LAST YEAR

Sales performance: Royal Enfield posted sales of 61,407 motorcycles in the month of June, against 43,048 motorcycles for the same month last year, registering an increase of 43%.

Continuing its international growth momentum, the company sold 11,142 motorcycles, highest ever in overseas markets, marking a year-on-year growth of over 54%.

Royal Enfield organized a pan-India clean-up ride on World Environment Day across 22 states and union territories

Royal Enfield organized a pan-India Clean-up Ride on the occasion of World Environment Day on June 5. Observed across 17 states and 5 union territories, the ride saw the participation of over 2000 Royal Enfield riders and citizen volunteers with a focus on building awareness for and uniting communities to demonstrate concern towards efficient waste management.  

As a part of this initiative, Royal Enfield riders along with select NGO partners and volunteers came together to clean up popular sites. The identified sites across cities included areas such as beaches, waterways, parks and other public spaces. The initiative encouraged citizens to take greater care of their community areas on an ongoing basis with an aim to elevate health, sanitation and safety standards.
