Fig Old-Fashioned -
A spiced up old fashioned with dried figs and rosemary .
Ingredients:
Method - In a mixing glass, add in the Maka Zai Gold Rum, a dash of bitters and the fig syrup. Add ice and stir till the drink is chilled. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with a block of ice. Burn the rosemary till it starts smoking and trap the smoke by dropping into a glass and covering it. Serve the drink by "pouring" the rosemary smoke into the cocktail for an aromatic and smokey finish. Heat all the ingredients together till the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens. Strain and use.
