~The friendly match between Dialysis Guests (Patients) and Nephrologists showcased a spirit of gusto as players get set for the main event~
Pune, 16th December 2019: As a step towards the World’s one and only Dialysis Olympiad 2019, NephroPlus, India’s largest dialysis delivery network, hosted a friendly ‘Cricket’ match between Dialysis Guests (Patients) and Nephrologists at Ground Zero, Pune today. The match was a curtain raiser to the main event which aims to encourage people on dialysis to lead lives as close to normal as possible.
To celebrate the spirit of never giving up, the guests welcomed the third season of NephroPlus’ flagship program Dialysis Olympiad 2019, held at Balewadi stadium, Pune this year. People who are on dialysis from all over the country can participate in this one-day event, where they will be able to showcase their talent by enrolling themselves in activities like Chess, Carrom, Walking, Cycling, Table Tennis, Basketball, Badminton and Box Cricket. The winners in each activity will be felicitated with a Gold, Silver and Bronze medals at this magnificent event.
