Umrah Customers:
Following the statement issued by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs suspending entry into the Kingdom for the purpose of Umrah and visiting the Prophet’s Mosque with immediate effect and until further notice, below takes effect.
- Refund permitted for ticket holders with travel date until 15th Mar 2020 only.
- Outside this period refund charges will be applicable as per fare terms and conditions.
Non-Umrah Customers (Visit Visa) :
As per the same directive, KSA is also suspending entry for customers with tourist visas for those coming from countries where the spread of the new Corona virus (19-COVID) is a danger, according to the criteria set by the competent health authorities in KSA.
Please note that the list of countries considered as Corona danger zones by Saudi are below 22 countries:
China, Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) , Macao (SAR China), Japan, Thailand ,Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Philippines , Singapore, India, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan , Somalia and Vietnam.
Use of National Identity Card for GCC nationals (including Saudi nationals) to travel to/from Saudi Arabia is suspended until further notice. GCC nationals must use their passports when travelling to/from Saudi.

- Rebooking : permitted till 30April 2020 for customers booked till 15 March 2020.
- Reroute : Reroute permitted to BGW, BSR, DMM, JED, KWI, MED, MCT, RUH, ADD, AMM, BEY, CAI, KRT.
- Update PNR remarks with General waiver code ROGW006 followed by remarks "DUE CORONA VIRUS".
