The dating app is launching ‘Video Calling’ features for its users as virtual dating is on all time high
India, 23rd November 2020: QuackQuack; the desi dating app for Indian singles today announced that they have crossed 11 million Indian users on their platform. The dating app on-boarded 3.40 Million users in the past one year in which 9500 users were added on a daily basis.
Last year, the platform received signups from 929 Indian cities & towns and this year the numbers have gone upto 2600 Indian cities & towns which is a 30X growth in absorption of new cities. The major peak has been witnessed in Tier-2 cities as due to lockdown & better internet penetration the platform is witnessing 70% of its new users from the smaller cities.
On the occasion, the desi dating app is also introducing the much awaited Video Calling feature where matched users can do one-on-one video calls on the dating app. This feature was highly awaited by the users as 75% of them voted in affirmation in a survey conducted by the brand in October’20.
